Vissa \u00e4lskar det, andra hatar det och tillh\u00f6r du den senare sorten \u00e4r det inte mycket man kan g\u00f6ra. Ja g\u00f6ra \u00e5t v\u00e4dret allts\u00e5. Det \u00e4r helt enkelt lika bra att g\u00f6ra det b\u00e4sta av situationen och fokusera p\u00e5 det som \u00e4r bra just nu. Citrusfrukter tillexempel!<\/p>\n<p>Citrusfrukterna \u00e4r verkligen helt fantastiska just nu och jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 i mig s\u00e5 mycet naturligt C-vitamin som m\u00f6jligt via m\u00e4ngder med r\u00f6da apelsiner, r\u00f6d grape och clementiner. Vill man gotta till det riktigt ordentligt kan man ju \u00e4ven passa p\u00e5 att baka med exempelvis r\u00f6da apelsiner. Kanske en bakad cheesecake med smak av vit choklad, klyftad r\u00f6d apelsin och apelsinsirap. Jor\u00e5, det g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt en vanlig vardag mitt i veckan. Och s\u00e5 kan man ju passa p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra en botten med brynt sm\u00f6r ocks\u00e5, n\u00e4r man \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng menar jag&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Och den d\u00e4r sirapen p\u00e5 r\u00f6d apelsin gick inte av f\u00f6r hackor, s\u00e5 mkt kan man ju s\u00e4ga. Passade \u00e4ven perfekt \u00f6ver lite grekisk yogurt ocks\u00e5. Ifall att n\u00e5gon undrar&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f6d apelsincheesecake med vit choklad &amp; brynt sm\u00f6r<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ca 8 port<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rektangul\u00e4r pajform med l\u00f6stagbar botten, ca 35&#215;11 cm<\/p>\n<h3>Pajskal med brynt sm\u00f6r:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>130 gram sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2,5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>0,75-1 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fyllning:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50 gram vit choklad<\/li>\n<li>400 gram Philadelphia Cream Cheese (naturell)<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vaniljsocker<\/li>\n<li>0,75 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>1 litet <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>R\u00f6d Apelsinsirap:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>nypressad saft av ca 600 gram r\u00f6da apelsiner (ger ca 2 dl apelsinsaft)<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>2-3 r\u00f6da apelsiner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pajskal:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bryn sm\u00f6ret genom att sm\u00e4lta det p\u00e5 h\u00f6g medelv\u00e4rme i en tjockbottnad kastrull. L\u00e5t sm\u00f6ret fr\u00e4sa och bubbla under l\u00e4tt omr\u00f6rning (g\u00e4rna med en tr\u00e4slev, ej plastslev!) tills det tystnar.<\/li>\n<li>Forts\u00e4tta r\u00f6ra i botten av kastrullen tills sm\u00f6ret f\u00e5r en gyllenbrun ton och doftar n\u00f6tigt. Drag d\u00e5 kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och h\u00e4ll upp i ett annat k\u00e4rl (st\u00e5r det kvar i kastrullen forts\u00e4tter det att brynas och kan bli br\u00e4nt).<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t sedan sm\u00f6ret svalna s\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r att r\u00f6ra utan att br\u00e4nna sig, ca 10-20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda under tiden mj\u00f6l, bakpulver och str\u00f6socker i en stor bunke.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret svalnat av n\u00e5got, r\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6lblandningen, r\u00f6r kraftigt tills det blandat sig v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Tryck ut smeten i pajformen, anv\u00e4nd baksidan av en sked eller fingrarna.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet mitt i ugnen p\u00e5 180 grader i ca 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Fyllning:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt den vita chokladen \u00f6ver vattenbad eller i micro, l\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa Philadelphiaosten len och fluffig med flatblandaren i en hush\u00e5llsmaskin.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt vaniljsocker, str\u00f6socker och den vita chokladen och r\u00f6r smeten sl\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt slutligen \u00e4gget och vispa med flatblandaren tills \u00e4gget \u00e4r noga f\u00f6rdelat.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll ner i det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade pajskalet, j\u00e4mna till ytan och gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 30 minuter*.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut fr\u00e5n ugnen och l\u00e5t svalna till rumstemperatur p\u00e5 galler, s\u00e4tt sedan in i kylsk\u00e5p och kyl i minst 4 timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>*OBS!<\/strong> Fyllningen kommer sv\u00e4lla upp under gr\u00e4ddningen men sedan sjunka ihop igen n\u00e4r den svalnar.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00f6d Apelsinsirap:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pressa saften ur apelsinerna och blanda med str\u00f6socker i en tjockbottnad kastrull.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t koka upp och koka i ca 15-20 minuter, tills sockerlagen reducerats n\u00e5got och k\u00e4nns simmig.<\/li>\n<li>Skumma vid behov.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp sirapen i sk\u00e5l eller liten kanna och l\u00e5t svalna i rumstemperatur, st\u00e4ll sedan in i kylsk\u00e5p fram till servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Du kan f\u00f6rbereda s\u00e5h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt!<\/h2>\n<h3>Servering:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Fil\u00e9a apelsinerna genom att sk\u00e4ra bort skalet med en vass kniv, f\u00f6rs\u00f6k \u00e4ven f\u00e5 bort allt det vita (det \u00e4r bittert).<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r ut varje klyfta genom att sk\u00e4ra bort dem mellan hinnorna.
