Men med lite kreativitet och n\u00e5gra enkla ingredienser kan du skapa delikata och n\u00e4ringsrika mellanm\u00e5l som passar perfekt f\u00f6r alla tillf\u00e4llen. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favoritrecept p\u00e5 l\u00e4tta och goda snacks som b\u00e5de vuxna och barn kommer att \u00e4lska.<\/p>\n<h2>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lschips<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>1 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsk havssalt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vitl\u00f6kspulver (valfritt)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprikapulver (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 150 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj och torka gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len noggrant. Riv bladen i mindre bitar och ta bort de tjocka stj\u00e4lkarna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len i en stor sk\u00e5l och tills\u00e4tt olivolja. Massera in oljan i bladen s\u00e5 att de t\u00e4cks j\u00e4mnt.<\/li>\n<li>Sprid ut gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver havssalt och, om du vill, vitl\u00f6kspulver och paprikapulver.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 10-15 minuter tills bladen \u00e4r krispiga.
