Dessa recept \u00e4r perfekta f\u00f6r den som vill unna sig n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt utan att f\u00e5 i sig f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-kalorier\/\">kalorier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Choklad- och bananmuffins<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna bananer, mosade<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 dl grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>3 msk kakao<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>En nypa <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 grader och f\u00f6rbered en muffinspl\u00e5t med muffinsformar.<\/li>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, blanda mosade bananer, \u00e4gg, grekisk yoghurt, honung och vaniljextrakt.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt havregryn, kakao, bakpulver och salt. Blanda v\u00e4l tills smeten \u00e4r j\u00e4mn.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela smeten j\u00e4mnt i muffinsformarna.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 15-20 minuter eller tills en tandpetare kommer ut ren n\u00e4r den sticks in i mitten av muffinsen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t muffinsen svalna innan de serveras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Morotskaka med mandelmj\u00f6l<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 dl riven morot<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 dl os\u00f6tad \u00e4ppelmos<\/li>\n<li>1 dl grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>En nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 grader och sm\u00f6rj en rund bakform.<\/li>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, vispa \u00e4ggen med grekisk yoghurt, \u00e4ppelmos, honung och vaniljextrakt.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt mandelmj\u00f6l, bakpulver, kanel och salt. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner de rivna mor\u00f6tterna i smeten.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll smeten i den smorda bakformen och j\u00e4mna ut ytan.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 25-30 minuter eller tills kakan \u00e4r gyllenbrun och fast i mitten.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t kakan svalna innan den sk\u00e4rs upp och serveras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Citron- och bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsbar<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kokosolja, sm\u00e4lt<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 dl grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>Saften och skalet fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 175 grader och kl\u00e4 en bakform med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>I en sk\u00e5l, blanda havregryn, mandelmj\u00f6l, sm\u00e4lt kokosolja och honung tills det blir en smulig massa.<\/li>\n<li>Pressa ut blandningen i botten av bakformen f\u00f6r att skapa en j\u00e4mn botten.<\/li>\n<li>I en annan sk\u00e5l, blanda grekisk yoghurt, citronsaft och citronskal.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll yoghurtblandningen \u00f6ver havrebotten och sprid ut j\u00e4mnt.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 20-25 minuter eller tills kanten \u00e4r gyllenbrun och fyllningen har stelnat.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t svalna helt innan du sk\u00e4r upp i barer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Proteinrika chokladbollar<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vassle-eller-kasein-vilket-proteinpulver-passar-bast\/\">proteinpulver<\/a> (vanilj- eller chokladsmak)<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kakao<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 dl grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>Kokosflingor f\u00f6r rullning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, blanda havregryn, proteinpulver och kakao.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt honung, grekisk yoghurt och vaniljextrakt. Blanda tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l kombinerat och du f\u00e5r en fast smet.<\/li>\n<li>Forma smeten till sm\u00e5 bollar.<\/li>\n<li>Rulla bollarna i kokosflingor.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rvara i kylsk\u00e5pet i minst 30 minuter innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelscones<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl fullkornsmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>En nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4pple, skalat och rivet<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kokosolja, sm\u00e4lt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl os\u00f6tad \u00e4ppelmos<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader och kl\u00e4 en bakpl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, blanda fullkornsmj\u00f6l, havregryn, bakpulver, kanel och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt rivet \u00e4pple, sm\u00e4lt kokosolja, \u00e4ppelmos och vaniljextrakt. Blanda tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l kombinerat.<\/li>\n<li>Dela degen i \u00e5tta delar och forma varje del till en boll. Platta till varje boll n\u00e5got och placera p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5ten.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 15-20 minuter eller tills sconesen \u00e4r gyllenbruna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan de serveras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Att baka kalorifattiga bakverk beh\u00f6ver inte vara sv\u00e5rt eller kompromissa med smaken.
