H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av mina fem favoritsoppor som inte bara v\u00e4rmer kroppen, utan ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r fulla av smak och n\u00e4ring.<\/p>\n<h2>Klassisk tomatsoppa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser och f\u00f6rberedelser<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomatsoppa \u00e4r en tidl\u00f6s klassiker som aldrig g\u00e5r ur tiden. Den \u00e4r enkel att g\u00f6ra och full av smak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra min favorittomatsoppa beh\u00f6ver du:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg mogna tomater, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 morot, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 selleristj\u00e4lk, skivad<\/li>\n<li>4 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde (valfritt)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk basilika f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att fr\u00e4sa l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, morot och selleri i lite <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> tills de mjuknar. Tills\u00e4tt de hackade tomaterna och l\u00e5t dem koka ihop i n\u00e5gra minuter. H\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongen och l\u00e5t soppan sjuda i cirka 30 minuter. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t och tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden om du vill ha en kr\u00e4migare konsistens. Smaka av med salt och peppar och toppa med f\u00e4rsk basilika.<\/p>\n<h3>Serveringstips<\/h3>\n<p>Servera tomatsoppan med en bit nybakat br\u00f6d eller en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s f\u00f6r en komplett m\u00e5ltid. Servera med ett gott br\u00f6d f\u00f6r att suga upp varje droppe.<\/p>\n<h2>Lins- och morotssoppa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser och f\u00f6rberedelser<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denna soppa \u00e4r b\u00e5de n\u00e4ringsrik och l\u00e4tt att laga. L\u00e5t soppan sjuda tills linserna och mor\u00f6tterna \u00e4r mjuka, cirka 25 minuter. Mixa soppan om du vill ha en sl\u00e4t konsistens eller l\u00e4mna den som den \u00e4r.
