Doften av nybakat br\u00f6d som fyller hemmet, k\u00e4nslan av att kn\u00e5da degen och den f\u00f6rsta skivan av det varma, nybakade br\u00f6det \u2013 det finns f\u00e5 saker som kan m\u00e4ta sig med denna upplevelse. L\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa p\u00e5 en varm plats i cirka 1-2 timmar, eller tills den har f\u00f6rdubblats i storlek.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forma br\u00f6det<\/strong>: N\u00e4r degen har j\u00e4st klart, v\u00e4nd ut den p\u00e5 arbetsytan och kn\u00e5da den l\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att sl\u00e5 ut luftbubblorna. Forma degen till en limpa eller runda br\u00f6d och l\u00e4gg den p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t eller i en bakform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Andra j\u00e4sningen och gr\u00e4ddning<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Andra j\u00e4sningen<\/strong>: T\u00e4ck br\u00f6det med en bakduk och l\u00e5t det j\u00e4sa ytterligare 30-60 minuter tills det har \u00f6kat i storlek igen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen<\/strong>: F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 220\u00b0C (200\u00b0C om du anv\u00e4nder varmluft).
