Att leva en dag med raw food kan vara b\u00e5de utmanande och sp\u00e4nnande, men framf\u00f6r allt n\u00e4ringsrikt och energigivande. H\u00e4r \u00e4r en utf\u00f6rlig beskrivning av hur en typisk dag med raw food kan se ut f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n<h2>Morgon: Frisk och energigivande start<\/h2>\n<p>Min dag b\u00f6rjar med ett glas citronvatten f\u00f6r att kickstarta matsm\u00e4ltningen och ge kroppen en mild detox. D\u00e4refter g\u00e5r jag vidare till en n\u00e4ringsrik frukost som \u00e4r b\u00e5de m\u00e4ttande och full av energi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> En stor smoothie bowl med en bas av fryst banan, spenat, avokado, och en skv\u00e4tt mandelmj\u00f6lk. Jag toppar den med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r, chiafr\u00f6n, hampafr\u00f6n och n\u00e5gra skivor kiwi. Smoothie bowls \u00e4r inte bara n\u00e4ringsrika utan ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e4ttande och vackra att titta p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dryck:<\/strong> Gr\u00f6nt te eller en ingef\u00e4rashot f\u00f6r en extra boost av antioxidanter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>F\u00f6rmiddag: N\u00e4ring och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla energin uppe genom f\u00f6rmiddagen ser jag till att ha ett mellanm\u00e5l som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rbereda och ta med.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mellanm\u00e5l:<\/strong> En n\u00e4ve r\u00e5a n\u00f6tter och torkad frukt, till exempel mandlar och torkade aprikoser. Jag adderar ocks\u00e5 groddar och en handfull n\u00f6tter f\u00f6r extra crunch. Salladen toppas med en <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/godaste-dressingen-till-sallad\/\">dressing<\/a> gjord p\u00e5 r\u00e5 tahini, citronjuice, vitl\u00f6k och en nypa havssalt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eftermiddag: L\u00e4tt och uppfriskande<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla mig pigg genom eftermiddagen \u00e4r ett l\u00e4ttare mellanm\u00e5l perfekt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mellanm\u00e5l:<\/strong> Raw food-energi bollar gjorda p\u00e5 dadlar, kakao, n\u00f6tter och kokosflingor. Dessa bollar \u00e4r enkla att f\u00f6rbereda i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkta f\u00f6r att stilla s\u00f6tsuget p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosamt s\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kv\u00e4ll: M\u00e4ttande och n\u00e4ringsrikt<\/h2>\n<p>Middagen \u00e4r tillf\u00e4llet d\u00e5 jag verkligen njuter av att skapa en m\u00e5ltid som k\u00e4nns m\u00e4ttande och tillfredsst\u00e4llande utan att kompromissa med raw food-principerna.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Raw zucchini-pasta med en kr\u00e4mig avokado- och basilikas\u00e5s. Jag anv\u00e4nder en spiralizer f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra zucchinipasta och blandar den med en s\u00e5s gjord p\u00e5 avokado, f\u00e4rsk basilika, vitl\u00f6k, citronjuice och lite <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a>. F\u00f6r extra smak adderar jag solrosfr\u00f6n och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dryck:<\/strong> En stor kanna vatten med f\u00e4rska mynta- och citronskivor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kv\u00e4llssnacks: Avslappning och njutning<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att avrunda dagen p\u00e5 ett njutbart s\u00e4tt unnar jag mig ett l\u00e4tt kv\u00e4llssnack.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kv\u00e4llssnacks:<\/strong> F\u00e4rska fruktskivor med en dip gjord p\u00e5 r\u00e5 mandelsm\u00f6r och lite kanel. Det \u00e4r en enkel och god avslutning p\u00e5 dagen som ocks\u00e5 hj\u00e4lper till att fr\u00e4mja en god natts s\u00f6mn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>En dag med raw food \u00e4r fylld av f\u00e4rska, n\u00e4ringsrika och smakrika r\u00e4tter som f\u00e5r dig att m\u00e5 bra inifr\u00e5n och ut. Genom att planera och f\u00f6rbereda m\u00e5ltiderna i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g \u00e4r det enkelt att h\u00e5lla sig till raw food-principerna och samtidigt njuta av varierade och l\u00e4ckra r\u00e4tter.
