H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av mina b\u00e4sta tips och knep f\u00f6r att laga perfekt stekt kyckling.<\/p>\n<h2>Val av kyckling<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att b\u00f6rja, \u00e4r det viktigt att v\u00e4lja r\u00e4tt typ av kyckling. Jag f\u00f6redrar att anv\u00e4nda f\u00e4rska kycklingbr\u00f6st eller kycklingl\u00e5r, beroende p\u00e5 vilken del av kycklingen jag \u00e4r sugen p\u00e5. Kycklingl\u00e5r \u00e4r ofta saftigare och mer smakrika p\u00e5 grund av deras h\u00f6gre fettinneh\u00e5ll, medan kycklingbr\u00f6st \u00e4r magrare och kr\u00e4ver lite mer omsorg f\u00f6r att inte bli torra.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f6rberedelse<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6rberedelsen \u00e4r nyckeln till perfekt stekt kyckling. Jag b\u00f6rjar alltid med att ta ut kycklingen ur kylsk\u00e5pet cirka 30 minuter innan jag b\u00f6rjar laga mat. Jag anv\u00e4nder en gjutj\u00e4rnspanna eller en tung, rostfri st\u00e5lpanna eftersom de h\u00e5ller v\u00e4rmen j\u00e4mnt och ger en bra stekyta. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller olja, f\u00f6redrar jag att anv\u00e4nda <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> eller en blandning av olivolja och sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r extra smak och en gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<h3>Stekningen<\/h3>\n<p>Nu kommer vi till den viktigaste delen \u2013 stekningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r stegen jag f\u00f6ljer f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 perfekt stekt kyckling varje g\u00e5ng:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Hetta upp pannan<\/strong>: Jag b\u00f6rjar med att v\u00e4rma upp pannan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g till h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills den \u00e4r riktigt het. Detta hj\u00e4lper till att f\u00e5 en fin stekyta p\u00e5 kycklingen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tills\u00e4tt olja och sm\u00f6r<\/strong>: N\u00e4r pannan \u00e4r het, tills\u00e4tter jag olivolja och en klick sm\u00f6r. Sm\u00f6ret ger kycklingen en h\u00e4rlig smak och hj\u00e4lper till att bryna ytan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00e4gg i kycklingen<\/strong>: Jag l\u00e4gger kycklingbitarna i pannan med skinnsidan ner (om jag anv\u00e4nder kyckling med skinn) och l\u00e5ter dem steka ost\u00f6rt i cirka 5-7 minuter.
