Det finns m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra desserter b\u00e5de l\u00e4tta och h\u00e4lsosamma utan att offra smaken. I detta blogginl\u00e4gg delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favoritdesserter som \u00e4r b\u00e5de nyttiga och enkla att g\u00f6ra. Dessa recept \u00e4r perfekta f\u00f6r dig som vill unna dig n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt utan d\u00e5ligt samvete.<\/p>\n<h2>Choklad-avokadomousse<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna avokador<\/li>\n<li>3 msk kakao (os\u00f6tad)<\/li>\n<li>3-4 msk honung eller l\u00f6nnsirap<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>En nypa <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>B\u00e4r och myntablad f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dela avokadorna och ta bort k\u00e4rnorna. Skopa ut k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg det i en mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt kakao, honung eller l\u00f6nnsirap, vaniljextrakt och en nypa salt.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa tills smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t och kr\u00e4mig.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av och justera s\u00f6tman efter behov.<\/li>\n<li>Skeda upp moussen i serveringssk\u00e5lar och kyl i minst 30 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Garnera med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och myntablad innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Banan- och havrekakor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna bananer<\/li>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl hackade n\u00f6tter (valfritt)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl russin eller torkade tranb\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>En nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 175 grader Celsius och l\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Mosa bananerna i en stor sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt havregryn, n\u00f6tter, russin eller tranb\u00e4r, kanel, vaniljextrakt och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda tills alla ingredienser \u00e4r v\u00e4l kombinerade.<\/li>\n<li>Skeda upp sm\u00e5 bollar av smeten och platta till dem n\u00e5got p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5ten.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 12-15 minuter eller tills kakorna \u00e4r gyllenbruna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t kakorna svalna innan du serverar dem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Jordgubbs- och chiapudding<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl mandelmj\u00f6lk eller annan v\u00e4xtbaserad mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>3 msk chiafr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>1 msk l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rska jordgubbar, skivade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda mandelmj\u00f6lk, chiafr\u00f6n, l\u00f6nnsirap och vaniljextrakt i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om ordentligt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om igen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra att chiafr\u00f6na klumpar sig.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck sk\u00e5len och kyl i minst 2 timmar, helst \u00f6ver natten.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om puddingen innan servering och toppa med f\u00e4rska skivade jordgubbar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Kokos- och b\u00e4rbitar<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl riven kokos<\/li>\n<li>1 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kokosolja, sm\u00e4lt<\/li>\n<li>2 msk l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r (bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon eller jordgubbar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda riven kokos, mandelmj\u00f6l, sm\u00e4lt kokosolja, l\u00f6nnsirap och vaniljextrakt i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Tryck ut blandningen i en liten form t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r ovanp\u00e5 och tryck ner dem l\u00e4tt i kokosblandningen.<\/li>\n<li>Kyl i minst 30 minuter eller tills bitarna har stelnat.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r i sm\u00e5 rutor och servera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mango- och kokosglass<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna mangos, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li>2 dl kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 msk l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk limejuice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg mangobitarna i en mixer och mixa tills de \u00e4r sl\u00e4ta.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt kokosmj\u00f6lk, l\u00f6nnsirap och limejuice och mixa igen tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll blandningen i glassformar eller sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar.<\/li>\n<li>Frys i minst 4 timmar eller tills glassen \u00e4r helt fryst.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut glassen n\u00e5gra minuter innan servering f\u00f6r att l\u00e5ta den mjukna n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Att njuta av s\u00f6tsaker beh\u00f6ver inte betyda att kompromissa med din h\u00e4lsa.
