Men med lite planering och medvetenhet kan det vara fullt m\u00f6jligt att h\u00e5lla en h\u00e4lsosam kost \u00e4ven n\u00e4r man \u00e4r p\u00e5 resande fot. H\u00e4r delar jag mina b\u00e4sta tips f\u00f6r att planera h\u00e4lsosamma m\u00e5ltider n\u00e4r jag reser.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rberedelser innan resan<\/h2>\n<h3>Forskning och planering<\/h3>\n<p>Innan jag ger mig iv\u00e4g p\u00e5 en resa g\u00f6r jag alltid lite research om destinationen. N\u00f6tter, fr\u00f6n, torkad frukt och energibars utan tillsatt socker \u00e4r perfekta att ha med sig. Dessa mellanm\u00e5l \u00e4r inte bara n\u00e4ringsrika, utan ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4tta att b\u00e4ra med sig.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f6rbered h\u00e4lsosamma m\u00e5ltider<\/h3>\n<p>Om jag vet att jag kommer att ha tillg\u00e5ng till ett k\u00f6k p\u00e5 min destination, f\u00f6rbereder jag ibland n\u00e5gra h\u00e4lsosamma m\u00e5ltider i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Jag brukar leta efter sallader, f\u00e4rsk frukt, yoghurt och fullkornsbr\u00f6d. Att ha en \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndbar vattenflaska med sig g\u00f6r det enkelt att fylla p\u00e5 vatten n\u00e4r som helst.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e5 destinationen<\/h2>\n<h3>Utforska lokala marknader<\/h3>\n<p>En av mina favorits\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta h\u00e4lsosamt p\u00e5 resande fot \u00e4r att bes\u00f6ka lokala marknader. D\u00e4r kan jag hitta f\u00e4rsk frukt, gr\u00f6nsaker och andra lokala delikatesser. Att handla p\u00e5 lokala matbutiker och laga mat sj\u00e4lv ger mig full kontroll \u00f6ver vad jag \u00e4ter och g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla mig till min h\u00e4lsosamma kost.<\/p>\n<h2>Tips f\u00f6r att undvika frestelser<\/h2>\n<h3>H\u00e5ll dig till rutinen<\/h3>\n<p>Att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka h\u00e5lla sig till sin vanliga m\u00e5ltidsrutin kan hj\u00e4lpa till att undvika on\u00f6diga frestelser. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att \u00e4ta vid samma tider som hemma och undvika att sm\u00e5\u00e4ta mellan m\u00e5ltiderna.<\/p>\n<h3>Ha h\u00e4lsosamma mellanm\u00e5l till hands<\/h3>\n<p>Att alltid ha h\u00e4lsosamma mellanm\u00e5l med sig g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att motst\u00e5 frestelsen att k\u00f6pa oh\u00e4lsosamma snacks.
