H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favoritkycklingrecept som \u00e4r b\u00e5de m\u00e4ttande och h\u00e4lsosamma.<\/p>\n<h2>Kyckling med quinoa och gr\u00f6nsaker<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>1 kopp quinoa<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/koppar-tillskott-nar-det-verkligen-behovs-och-varfor-balans-ar-avgorande\/\">koppar<\/a> kycklingbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk persilja f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda kycklingfil\u00e9erna med salt, peppar, oregano och paprikapulver. V\u00e4rm en msk olivolja i en stor stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och bryn kycklingen tills den \u00e4r gyllenbrun p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. L\u00e4gg kycklingen \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>I samma stekpanna, tills\u00e4tt resten av olivoljan och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt zucchini och paprika och stek i ytterligare 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen, anv\u00e4nd kycklingbuljong ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vatten f\u00f6r extra smak.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda de stekta gr\u00f6nsakerna med den kokta quinoan och l\u00e4gg i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Placera de brynta kycklingfil\u00e9erna ovanp\u00e5 quinoa- och gr\u00f6nsaksblandningen och baka i ugnen i cirka 20 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r genomstekt.<\/li>\n<li>Garnera med f\u00e4rsk persilja och servera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Kyckling- och avokadosallad<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kycklingbr\u00f6st, grillade och skivade<\/li>\n<li>2 avokador, t\u00e4rnade<\/li>\n<li>1 gurka, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, tunt skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 kopp k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, halverade<\/li>\n<li>4 koppar blandad gr\u00f6nsallad<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 kopp fetaost, smulad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>Saften fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda olivolja, citronsaft, salt och peppar i en liten sk\u00e5l f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/godaste-dressingen-till-sallad\/\">dressingen<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg den blandade gr\u00f6nsalladen p\u00e5 ett stort fat eller i en salladssk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa med skivad kyckling, avokado, gurka, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver fetaost och ringla \u00f6ver dressingen.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt salladen s\u00e5 att alla ingredienser t\u00e4cks av dressingen.<\/li>\n<li>Servera omedelbart som en m\u00e4ttande lunch eller l\u00e4tt middag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Kyckling med rostad s\u00f6tpotatis och brysselk\u00e5l<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kycklingl\u00e5r, med ben och skinn<\/li>\n<li>2 stora s\u00f6tpotatisar, t\u00e4rnade<\/li>\n<li>500 g brysselk\u00e5l, halverade<\/li>\n<li>3 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk r\u00f6kt paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vitl\u00f6kspulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad timjan<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk rosmarin f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg s\u00f6tpotatis och brysselk\u00e5l p\u00e5 en stor bakpl\u00e5t. Ringla \u00f6ver 2 msk olivolja och krydda med salt, peppar och h\u00e4lften av vitl\u00f6kspulvret och timjan. L\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan och h\u00e5ll varm.<\/li>\n<li>I samma stekpanna, tills\u00e4tt resten av olivoljan och fr\u00e4s gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len tills den mjuknar, cirka 3-4 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ppelskivor och forts\u00e4tt fr\u00e4sa i ytterligare 2 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger och honung i en liten sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l och \u00e4pple.
