L\u00e5t den vila i kylsk\u00e5pet i minst 30 minuter f\u00f6r att smakerna ska utvecklas och smeten ska bli l\u00e4ttare att forma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Forma och fritera falafel<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Forma bollar<\/strong>: Ta ut smeten ur kylsk\u00e5pet och forma sm\u00e5 bollar eller puckar, ungef\u00e4r i storleken av en valn\u00f6t. Anv\u00e4nd dina h\u00e4nder eller en falafelpress om du har en.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e4rm oljan<\/strong>: V\u00e4rm rikligt med olja i en stekpanna eller frit\u00f6s till cirka 180\u00b0C.
