Den har en mild smak som passar bra med m\u00e5nga andra ingredienser, vilket g\u00f6r den till en fantastisk bas f\u00f6r b\u00e5de enkla och avancerade recept. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av mina favoritmetoder och recept f\u00f6r att laga mat med zucchini.<\/p>\n<h2>Varf\u00f6r zucchini?<\/h2>\n<h3>N\u00e4ringsv\u00e4rde<\/h3>\n<p>Zucchini \u00e4r l\u00e5gt i <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-kalorier\/\">kalorier<\/a> men h\u00f6gt i n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen. Den inneh\u00e5ller <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vitamin-a-ar-avgorande-for-synen-immunforsvaret-huden-och-kroppens-celler\/\">vitamin A<\/a>, C och K, samt mineraler som <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/kalium-ar-avgorande-for-hjarta-muskler-och-nervsystem\/\">kalium<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-magnesium-bra-for\/\">magnesium<\/a>. Dess h\u00f6ga vatten- och fiberinneh\u00e5ll g\u00f6r den ocks\u00e5 bra f\u00f6r matsm\u00e4ltningen och hj\u00e4lper till att h\u00e5lla dig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e5ngsidighet<\/h3>\n<p>Zucchini kan anv\u00e4ndas i allt fr\u00e5n sallader och soppor till grat\u00e4nger och desserter. Dess milda smak g\u00f6r att den enkelt kan anpassas till olika smaker och r\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<h2>Zucchinipasta med pestos\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora zucchinis<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 dl pinjen\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en spiralizer eller en mandolin f\u00f6r att sk\u00e4ra zucchinin i tunna spaghettiliknande strimlor.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa basilika, parmesanost, pinjen\u00f6tter, vitl\u00f6k och olivolja i en matberedare tills du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t pesto. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda zucchinispaghettin med peston och servera direkt. Toppa g\u00e4rna med extra parmesanost och n\u00e5gra pinjen\u00f6tter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Fyllda zucchinib\u00e5tar<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 medelstora zucchinis<\/li>\n<li>300 g k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs (eller vegetariskt alternativ)<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riven mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk basilika f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Halvera zucchinisarna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och skopa ur mitten f\u00f6r att skapa b\u00e5tar.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i en stekpanna tills de \u00e4r mjuka. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen och bryn den.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i krossade tomater och krydda med oregano, salt och peppar. L\u00e5t sjuda i 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll zucchinib\u00e5tarna med k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsblandningen och toppa med riven mozzarella.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 20-25 minuter tills osten \u00e4r gyllene och zucchinin \u00e4r mjuk.<\/li>\n<li>Garnera med f\u00e4rsk basilika innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Zucchinigrat\u00e4ng<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 stora zucchinis, skivade<\/li>\n<li>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 dl riven ost (g\u00e4rna en mix av parmesan och mozzarella)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad timjan<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>Olivolja f\u00f6r sm\u00f6rjning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180\u00b0C och sm\u00f6rj en ugnsform med olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ett lager zucchiniskivor i botten av formen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite vitl\u00f6k, timjan, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Forts\u00e4tt att varva zucchiniskivor, kryddor och riven ost tills alla ingredienser \u00e4r slut.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dden \u00f6ver grat\u00e4ngen och toppa med str\u00f6br\u00f6d och lite extra ost.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 30-35 minuter tills grat\u00e4ngen \u00e4r bubblig och gyllene.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t grat\u00e4ngen vila i n\u00e5gra minuter innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Zucchinibr\u00f6d<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 medelstora zucchinis, rivna<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bikarbonat<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk muskot<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vegetabilisk olja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hackade valn\u00f6tter (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 175\u00b0C och sm\u00f6rj en br\u00f6dform.<\/li>\n<li>Riv zucchinin och pressa ur \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig v\u00e4tska med hj\u00e4lp av en ren k\u00f6kshandduk.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda vetemj\u00f6l, bakpulver, bikarbonat, kanel, muskot och salt i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>I en annan sk\u00e5l, vispa \u00e4gg, socker, olja och vaniljextrakt tills det \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner de torra ingredienserna i de v\u00e5ta, och tills\u00e4tt sedan den rivna zucchinin och valn\u00f6tterna om du anv\u00e4nder dem.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll smeten i den smorda br\u00f6dformen och gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 50-60 minuter eller tills en tandpetare kommer ut ren.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t br\u00f6det svalna i formen i 10 minuter innan du v\u00e4nder ut det p\u00e5 ett galler f\u00f6r att svalna helt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Zucchini \u00e4r en otroligt m\u00e5ngsidig ingrediens som kan anv\u00e4ndas i en m\u00e4ngd olika r\u00e4tter.
