Nyckeln \u00e4r att v\u00e4lja r\u00e4tter som \u00e4r enkla att f\u00f6rbereda i stora m\u00e4ngder och som tilltalar b\u00e5de vuxna och barn. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina b\u00e4sta recept f\u00f6r en stor familjemiddag, fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt till dessert.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rr\u00e4tt: Bruschetta med tomat och basilika<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 baguette, skivad<\/li>\n<li>4 mogna tomater, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, hackad<\/li>\n<li>1 handfull f\u00e4rsk basilika, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg baguetteskivorna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t och ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta skivorna i ugnen i 5-7 minuter, eller tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna och krispiga.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda hackade tomater, vitl\u00f6k, basilika, olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger i en sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa de rostade baguetteskivorna med tomatblandningen precis innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Huvudr\u00e4tt: Ugnsbakad kyckling med gr\u00f6nsaker<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 hel kyckling (ca 1,5 kg)<\/li>\n<li>4 mor\u00f6tter, skivade<\/li>\n<li>4 potatisar, t\u00e4rnade<\/li>\n<li>2 r\u00f6da paprikor, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skivad<\/li>\n<li>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>3 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk torkad timjan<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, skuren i klyftor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Placera kycklingen i en stor ugnsform och gnid in den med olivolja, timjan, rosmarin, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll kycklingen med citronklyftor.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mor\u00f6tter, potatis, paprikor, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i en sk\u00e5l med olivolja, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Sprid ut gr\u00f6nsakerna runt kycklingen i ugnsformen.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 1,5 timmar, eller tills kycklingen \u00e4r genomstekt och gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t kycklingen vila i 10 minuter innan du sk\u00e4r upp den och serverar med de rostade gr\u00f6nsakerna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sidor\u00e4tt: Kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 kg potatis, skivad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>4 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>2 dl riven ost (g\u00e4rna cheddar eller gruy\u00e8re)<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk muskotn\u00f6t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6ra en stor ugnsform och l\u00e4gg i h\u00e4lften av potatisskivorna.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver h\u00e4lften av vitl\u00f6ken, h\u00e4lften av osten, salt, peppar och muskotn\u00f6t.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 resten av potatisskivorna och upprepa med vitl\u00f6k, ost, salt, peppar och muskotn\u00f6t.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll gr\u00e4dde och mj\u00f6lk \u00f6ver potatisen.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck formen med aluminiumfolie och baka i ugnen i 45 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta bort folien och baka ytterligare 15 minuter, eller tills potatisen \u00e4r mjuk och ytan \u00e4r gyllenbrun.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Sallad: Fr\u00e4sch gr\u00f6nsallad med avokado och citrusdressing<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 p\u00e5se blandad sallad<\/li>\n<li>2 avokador, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 gurka, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, tunnskivad<\/li>\n<li>1 apelsin, skalad och skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl valn\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk apelsinjuice<\/li>\n<li>1 msk vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk l\u00f6nnsirap<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg salladsbladen i en stor salladssk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt avokado, gurka, paprika, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, apelsin och valn\u00f6tter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienser till <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/godaste-dressingen-till-sallad\/\">dressingen<\/a> i en liten sk\u00e5l och vispa tills v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll dressingen \u00f6ver salladen och blanda v\u00e4l precis innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Dessert: \u00c4ppelpaj med havresmulor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 stora \u00e4pplen, skalade, urk\u00e4rnade och skivade<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsk muskotn\u00f6t<\/li>\n<li>1 msk citronsaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Smuldeg<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl farinsocker<\/li>\n<li>100 g sm\u00f6r, sm\u00e4lt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4pplen, socker, kanel, muskotn\u00f6t och citronsaft i en stor sk\u00e5l. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ppelblandningen i en smord pajform.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda havregryn, vetemj\u00f6l, farinsocker och sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r i en annan sk\u00e5l tills det bildar en smulig deg.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 smuldegen \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena i pajformen.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 35-40 minuter, eller tills \u00e4pplena \u00e4r mjuka och smuldegen \u00e4r gyllenbrun.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t pajen svalna n\u00e5got innan servering.
