Dessa r\u00e4tter \u00e4r n\u00e4ringsrika och smakrika, vilket g\u00f6r dem till utm\u00e4rkta val f\u00f6r b\u00e5de vardagar och helger.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Quinoasallad med avokado och b\u00f6nor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl quinoa<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 burk svarta b\u00f6nor, sk\u00f6ljda och avrunna<\/li>\n<li>1 liten r\u00f6d paprika, hackad<\/li>\n<li>1 liten r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk koriander, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Saften fr\u00e5n 1 lime<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen och l\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, blanda den kokta quinoan med avokado, svarta b\u00f6nor, paprika, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och koriander.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och limesaft. Krydda med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt och servera direkt eller f\u00f6rvara i kylsk\u00e5pet tills det \u00e4r dags att \u00e4ta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>2. Kycklingwrap med hummus och gr\u00f6nsaker<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 fullkornstortilla<\/li>\n<li>1 kycklingbr\u00f6st, tillagat och skivat<\/li>\n<li>3 msk hummus<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 avokado, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve blandad sallad<\/li>\n<li>1 liten morot, riven<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 r\u00f6d paprika, skivad<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bred hummus \u00f6ver hela tortillan.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg kycklingskivor, avokado, sallad, morot och paprika i mitten av tortillan.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Rulla ihop tortillan tight och sk\u00e4r i halvor. Servera direkt eller sl\u00e5 in i folie f\u00f6r senare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>3. Lins- och gr\u00f6nsakssoppa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl r\u00f6da linser<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter, skivade<\/li>\n<li>2 selleristj\u00e4lkar, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk spiskummin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hetta upp olivoljan i en stor kastrull och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt mor\u00f6tter och selleri och fr\u00e4s i n\u00e5gra minuter till.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner linserna, krossade tomater, gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och kryddor.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda i 25-30 minuter tills linserna och gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar. Servera varm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>4. \u00c4gg- och avokadosm\u00f6rg\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 skivor fullkornsbr\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado, mosad<\/li>\n<li>2 kokta <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a>, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 liten tomat, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve rucola<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>Chiliflakes (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bred den mosade avokadon \u00f6ver br\u00f6dskivorna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de skivade \u00e4ggen ovanp\u00e5 avokadon.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa med tomatskivor och rucola.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda med salt, peppar och chiliflakes om du vill ha lite extra hetta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ihop br\u00f6dskivorna till en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s.
