H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favorits\u00e4tt att laga mat med aubergine och tips p\u00e5 hur du kan anv\u00e4nda denna fantastiska gr\u00f6nsak i dina egna recept.<\/p>\n<h2>Grillad aubergine<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora auberginer<\/li>\n<li>3 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk persilja f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<li>Citronsaft f\u00f6r servering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r auberginerna i skivor, cirka 1 cm tjocka.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda olivolja, pressad vitl\u00f6k, oregano, salt och peppar i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla aubergineskivorna med oljeblandningen p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm grillen till medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och grilla aubergineskivorna i cirka 5-7 minuter per sida, tills de \u00e4r mjuka och har fina grillr\u00e4nder.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de grillade aubergineskivorna p\u00e5 ett fat, pressa \u00f6ver lite citronsaft och garnera med f\u00e4rsk persilja.<\/li>\n<li>Servera som tillbeh\u00f6r eller som en del av en grillad gr\u00f6nsakstallrik.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Auberginegrat\u00e4ng<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora auberginer, skivade<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad basilika<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>200 g riven mozzarellaost<\/li>\n<li>50 g riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk basilika f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg aubergineskivorna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.
