H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av hur jag g\u00f6r min egen sojas\u00e5s, fr\u00e5n ingredienser till tillagning och anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredienser f\u00f6r hemlagad sojas\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p>Att g\u00f6ra sojas\u00e5s hemma kr\u00e4ver n\u00e5gra grundl\u00e4ggande ingredienser som tillsammans skapar den komplexa smaken vi \u00e4lskar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grundl\u00e4ggande ingredienser<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl sojab\u00f6nor<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 liter vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillsatser och variationer<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 msk socker (f\u00f6r en s\u00f6tare s\u00e5s)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vitl\u00f6kspulver (f\u00f6r extra smak)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk ingef\u00e4ra (f\u00f6r en kryddig ton)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steg-f\u00f6r-steg tillagning<\/h2>\n<p>Att g\u00f6ra sojas\u00e5s \u00e4r en process som tar lite tid men \u00e4r v\u00e4l v\u00e4rd anstr\u00e4ngningen. Forma degen till sm\u00e5 bollar eller klumpar och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett rent tyg eller en bakpl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t b\u00f6norna och mj\u00f6lblandningen fermentera i ett varmt, fuktigt utrymme i 2-3 dagar. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 och tills\u00e4tt mer vatten om det beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla blandningen t\u00e4ckt.<\/li>\n<li>Sila av v\u00e4tskan genom en fin sil eller ostduk f\u00f6r att separera v\u00e4tskan fr\u00e5n de fasta delarna. F\u00f6r extra smak, tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6kspulver och ingef\u00e4ra.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda i ytterligare 1 timme f\u00f6r att reducera och intensifiera smakerna. L\u00e5t den sedan svalna helt innan du h\u00e4ller den i en steriliserad flaska eller burk.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rvara s\u00e5sen i kylsk\u00e5p och anv\u00e4nd inom 1-2 m\u00e5nader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Anv\u00e4ndning av hemlagad sojas\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Din hemlagade sojas\u00e5s kan anv\u00e4ndas i m\u00e5nga olika r\u00e4tter och tillf\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av mina favorits\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda den p\u00e5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>Marinader:<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd sojas\u00e5sen som bas f\u00f6r marinader till k\u00f6tt, fisk eller tofu.
