H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av mina favoritmatr\u00e4tter som \u00e4r perfekta f\u00f6r en avslappnad kv\u00e4ll hemma.<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e4mig tomat- och basilika pasta<\/h2>\n<p>Denna r\u00e4tt \u00e4r en klassiker som \u00e4r enkel att tillaga men full av smak. Den kr\u00e4miga tomats\u00e5sen och doften av f\u00e4rsk basilika g\u00f6r detta till en perfekt r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r en mysig kv\u00e4ll.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g pasta (g\u00e4rna spaghetti eller penne)<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde (kan vara v\u00e4xtbaserad)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rsk basilika, hackad<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rskriven parmesanost (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor stekpanna och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda i cirka 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r i gr\u00e4dden och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda i den hackade basilikan och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda s\u00e5sen med den kokta pastan och servera med f\u00e4rskriven parmesanost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Hemgjorda pizzor<\/h2>\n<p>Att g\u00f6ra pizza hemma \u00e4r b\u00e5de roligt och gott.
