Dessa r\u00e4tter \u00e4r perfekta f\u00f6r vardagskv\u00e4llar n\u00e4r du vill ha n\u00e5got gott och m\u00e4ttande utan att spendera f\u00f6r mycket tid i k\u00f6ket.<\/p>\n<h2>Ugnsbakad lax med citron och dill<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 laxfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, skivad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 msk f\u00e4rsk dill, hackad<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 knippe <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/sparris-en-av-varldens-aldsta-delikatesser\/\">sparris<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg laxfil\u00e9erna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och krydda med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg citronskivorna och den hackade dillen ovanp\u00e5 laxfil\u00e9erna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg sparrisen bredvid laxen p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 15-20 minuter tills laxen \u00e4r genomstekt och sparrisen \u00e4r mjuk.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med en enkel gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quinoasallad med avokado och b\u00f6nor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl quinoa<\/li>\n<li>1 burk svarta b\u00f6nor, avrunna och sk\u00f6ljda<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 gurka, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>2 salladsl\u00f6kar, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 handfull f\u00e4rsk koriander, hackad<\/li>\n<li>Saften fr\u00e5n 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen och l\u00e5t den svalna.<\/li>\n<li>I en stor sk\u00e5l, blanda den kokta quinoan med svarta b\u00f6nor, avokado, paprika, gurka, salladsl\u00f6k och koriander.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt limejuice och olivolja och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Servera salladen som den \u00e4r eller tillsammans med en bit grillad kyckling eller fisk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tomatsoppa med basilika<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>5 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad basilika<\/li>\n<li>1 dl f\u00e4rsk basilika, hackad<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor kastrull \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater, gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong, oregano och torkad basilika. L\u00e5t soppan sjuda i 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en stavmixer f\u00f6r att mixa soppan sl\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4rsk basilika och gr\u00e4dde om du anv\u00e4nder det.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Servera soppan varm med ett gott br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Veganska Buddha bowls<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl quinoa eller ris<\/li>\n<li>1 burk kik\u00e4rtor, avrunna och sk\u00f6ljda<\/li>\n<li>1 s\u00f6tpotatis, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 morot, riven<\/li>\n<li>1 handfull babyspenat<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>Tahinidressing: 2 msk tahini, saften fr\u00e5n 1 citron, 1 msk vatten, 1 tsk l\u00f6nnsirap, salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka quinoan eller riset enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader. L\u00e4gg s\u00f6tpotatisbitarna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t, ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och krydda med paprikapulver, salt och peppar. Om du inte har en spiralizer kan du anv\u00e4nda en juliennesk\u00e4rare eller en potatisskalare f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra tunna remsor.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor stekpanna \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.
