H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av hur jag anv\u00e4nder olika sorters k\u00e5l i min matlagning, med n\u00e5gra av mina b\u00e4sta recept och tips f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut det mesta av denna fantastiska gr\u00f6nsak.<\/p>\n<h2>Vitk\u00e5l: Klassisk k\u00e5lsallad och k\u00e5ldolmar<\/h2>\n<p>Vitk\u00e5l \u00e4r kanske den mest k\u00e4nda k\u00e5lsorten och anv\u00e4nds ofta i klassiska svenska r\u00e4tter som k\u00e5lsallad och k\u00e5ldolmar.<\/p>\n<h3>Klassisk k\u00e5lsallad:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 huvud vitk\u00e5l, finstrimlad<\/li>\n<li>1 morot, riven<\/li>\n<li>1 dl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>2 msk majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>1 msk vitvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk socker<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, majonn\u00e4s, vitvinsvin\u00e4ger och socker i en stor sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt den finstrimlade vitk\u00e5len och rivna moroten. Ta bort de yttre bladen p\u00e5 k\u00e5len och koka sedan k\u00e5lhuvudet i n\u00e5gra minuter tills bladen b\u00f6rjar lossna. Riv bort bladen fr\u00e5n de h\u00e5rda stj\u00e4lkarna och bryt i mindre bitar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lsbitarna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t och ringla \u00f6ver olivolja. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salt och peppar och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta i ugnen i cirka 20-25 minuter tills brysselk\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk och har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut brysselk\u00e5len ur ugnen och ringla \u00f6ver balsamvin\u00e4gern.
