Nyttigaste maten \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi skulle vilja hitta. S\u00e5 klart \u00e4r detta beroende p\u00e5 vilken m\u00e4ngd du \u00e4ter och vi f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar att lagom \u00e4r b\u00e4st. Att \u00e4ta onyttigt ibland \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r sj\u00e4len och v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet, men bara om du \u00e4ter bra och nyttig mat till den stora majoriteten av tiden! Vi har letat fram 8 st riktigt nyttiga ingredienser du kan anv\u00e4nda i matlagning och \u00e4ven \u00e4ta sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt.<\/p>\n<h2>Citron<\/h2>\n<p>Citron \u00e4r en grym ingrediens till din matlagning! V\u00e4lk\u00e4nt \u00e4r att citron inneh\u00e5ller mycket C-vitamin som har en god effekt p\u00e5 ditt kolesterolv\u00e4rde. Citron har \u00e4ven visat sig vara <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-antiinflammatorisk-kost-och-varfor-ar-den-viktig\/\">antiinflammatoriskt<\/a>. Lime har liknande egenskaper.
