I detta blogginl\u00e4gg delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favorit recept p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsosamma efterr\u00e4tter som \u00e4r enkla att g\u00f6ra och fyllda med n\u00e4ringsrika ingredienser.<\/p>\n<h2>Chokladmousse med avokado<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna avokador<\/li>\n<li>4 msk kakao (g\u00e4rna r\u00e5 kakao)<\/li>\n<li>4 msk l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>En nypa havssalt<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och n\u00f6tter till topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dela och k\u00e4rna ur avokadorna, skopa ut k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg det i en mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt kakao, l\u00f6nnsirap, vaniljextrakt och havssalt.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa tills allt \u00e4r sl\u00e4tt och kr\u00e4migt. Justera s\u00f6tman efter smak.<\/li>\n<li>Skeda upp chokladmoussen i sm\u00e5 serveringssk\u00e5lar.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck och st\u00e4ll i kylen i minst 30 minuter f\u00f6r att moussen ska s\u00e4tta sig.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och n\u00f6tter innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Banan- och havrekakor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna bananer<\/li>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hackade n\u00f6tter (valn\u00f6tter, mandlar eller hasseln\u00f6tter)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl russin eller m\u00f6rka chokladbitar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>En nypa <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 175\u00b0C och kl\u00e4 en bakpl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>Mosa bananerna i en stor sk\u00e5l tills de \u00e4r sl\u00e4ta.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt havregryn, hackade n\u00f6tter, russin eller chokladbitar, kanel och salt. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Skopa upp matskedsstora klickar av smeten och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapperet.
