Den \u00e4r full av <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/probiotika-starker-kroppen-fran-insidan\/\">probiotika<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/multivitamin-som-dagligt-komplement-till-en-varierad-kost\/\">vitaminer<\/a> och mineraler som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r matsm\u00e4ltningen och den allm\u00e4nna h\u00e4lsan. Att g\u00f6ra kimchi hemma kan verka skr\u00e4mmande, men det \u00e4r faktiskt ganska enkelt och kr\u00e4ver bara n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 ingredienser och lite t\u00e5lamod. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av hur jag g\u00f6r min egen kimchi.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rberedelser och ingredienser<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra kimchi beh\u00f6ver du n\u00e5gra grundl\u00e4ggande ingredienser. De flesta av dessa kan hittas i en v\u00e4lsorterad livsmedelsbutik eller en asiatisk mataff\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stor kinak\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>1 dl grovt <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>5 salladsl\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra (ca 5 cm)<\/li>\n<li>1 msk fisks\u00e5s (kan ers\u00e4ttas med soja f\u00f6r en vegansk variant)<\/li>\n<li>3 msk koreansk chilipulver (gochugaru)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steg 1: F\u00f6rbered kinak\u00e5len<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst m\u00e5ste kinak\u00e5len f\u00f6rberedas genom att den saltas. Saltet hj\u00e4lper till att dra ut vatten fr\u00e5n k\u00e5len, vilket g\u00f6r den mjukare och mer mottaglig f\u00f6r fermenteringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r kinak\u00e5len i fj\u00e4rdedelar p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och ta bort roten.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r varje fj\u00e4rdedel i bitar om cirka 5 cm.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg k\u00e5len i en stor sk\u00e5l och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver det grova saltet.
