H\u00e4r delar jag fem av mina favoritrecept p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsosamma pastar\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<h2>Zucchinipasta med pesto och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 stora zucchinis<\/li>\n<li>1 kopp k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, halverade<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kopp hemlagad eller f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt pesto<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 kopp pinjen\u00f6tter, rostade<\/li>\n<li>1 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en spiralizer eller en gr\u00f6nsaksskalare f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra zucchinin till nudlar.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor stekpanna \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt zucchininudlarna och sautera i 2-3 minuter tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt peston och r\u00f6r om tills nudlarna \u00e4r j\u00e4mnt t\u00e4ckta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg till k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomaterna och r\u00f6r om f\u00f6rsiktigt.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa med rostade pinjen\u00f6tter och smaka av med salt och peppar. Servera omedelbart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Fullkornspasta med gr\u00f6nsaker och kyckling<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g fullkornspasta<\/li>\n<li>2 kycklingbr\u00f6st, skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 gul paprika, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skivad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm 1 msk olivolja i en stor stekpanna \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt kycklingbitarna och stek tills de \u00e4r genomstekta. Ta bort kycklingen fr\u00e5n pannan och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>I samma stekpanna, tills\u00e4tt den resterande olivoljan. L\u00e4gg till vitl\u00f6k och stek i 1 minut tills den \u00e4r doftande.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt zucchini, paprika och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k. Stek i 5-7 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg tillbaka kycklingen i pannan och tills\u00e4tt pastan. Krydda med oregano, salt och peppar. R\u00f6r om tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat och v\u00e4rmt igenom. Servera varmt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Linsbolognese med spagetti<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g fullkornsspagetti<\/li>\n<li>1 kopp gr\u00f6na eller bruna linser, sk\u00f6ljda och avrunna<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater (400 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>2 stj\u00e4lkar selleri, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad basilika<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka spagettin enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i 25-30 minuter tills linserna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar.
