Det \u00e4r enkelt, gott och g\u00e5r att variera i det o\u00e4ndliga.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Potatis, mor\u00f6tter, palsternackor, r\u00f6dbetor och rotselleri, skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">Olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rska \u00f6rter som rosmarin, timjan eller oregano<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de skurna rotfrukterna p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00f6rter, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda allt s\u00e5 att rotfrukterna t\u00e4cks j\u00e4mnt.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta i ugnen i cirka 30-40 minuter, eller tills rotfrukterna \u00e4r mjuka och gyllenbruna. R\u00f6r om efter halva tiden f\u00f6r j\u00e4mn rostning.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Kr\u00e4mig rotsellerisoppa<\/h3>\n<p>En v\u00e4rmande rotsellerisoppa \u00e4r perfekt f\u00f6r kalla dagar och \u00e4r b\u00e5de enkel och m\u00e4ttande.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 stor rotselleri, skalad och skuren i bitar<\/li>\n<li>2 potatisar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk persilja till garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:\n<ol>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i lite olivolja i en stor kastrull tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt rotselleri och potatis och fr\u00e4s i n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i buljongen och l\u00e5t koka upp. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t sjuda tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka, cirka 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t med en stavmixer.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner gr\u00e4dden och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Garnera med hackad persilja innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Morots- och ingef\u00e4rspur\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Denna pur\u00e9 \u00e4r en perfekt sidor\u00e4tt till b\u00e5de k\u00f6tt och vegetariska r\u00e4tter och har en h\u00e4rlig s\u00f6tma och kryddighet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>6 stora mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li>1 potatis, skalad och skuren i bitar<\/li>\n<li>1 msk f\u00e4rskriven ingef\u00e4ra<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:\n<ol>\n<li>Koka mor\u00f6tter och potatis i saltat vatten tills de \u00e4r mjuka, cirka 15-20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av vattnet och mosa gr\u00f6nsakerna tillsammans med sm\u00f6r och ingef\u00e4ra.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar och mixa till en sl\u00e4t pur\u00e9 med en stavmixer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tips och trix<\/h2>\n<h3>Kombinera smaker<\/h3>\n<p>Rotfrukter har naturliga s\u00f6tma och jordighet som g\u00f6r dem utm\u00e4rkta att kombinera med olika kryddor och smaks\u00e4ttningar. Prova att tills\u00e4tta balsamvin\u00e4ger, honung eller kryddor som spiskummin och paprikapulver f\u00f6r att lyfta smakerna.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f6rvara rotfrukter r\u00e4tt<\/h3>\n<p>Rotfrukter har l\u00e5ng h\u00e5llbarhet om de f\u00f6rvaras p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt.
