Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och fr\u00e4s tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg till pumpa, morot och \u00e4pple. Stek i 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och l\u00e5t sjuda tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka, cirka 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t med en stavmixer eller i en blender.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt kokosmj\u00f6lk, kanel, muskotn\u00f6t, salt och peppar. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t sjuda i ytterligare 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Servera soppan varm, garnerad med hackad persilja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>H\u00f6stig kycklinggryta med rotsaker<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er, skurna i bitar<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter, skivade<\/li>\n<li>2 palsternackor, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 s\u00f6tpotatis, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>4 dl kycklingbuljong<\/li>\n<li>2 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vitt-vin-fran-friskt-och-krispigt-till-fylligt\/\">vitt vin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 msk f\u00e4rsk timjan, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor gryta \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt kycklingbitarna och bryn dem p\u00e5 alla sidor. Ta upp och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>I samma gryta, fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg till mor\u00f6tter, palsternacka och s\u00f6tpotatis. Stek i 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9 och r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i kycklingbuljong och vitt vin. L\u00e4gg tillbaka kycklingen i grytan och tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4rsk timjan, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t grytan sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i 30 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r genomstekt och gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Servera grytan varm med en skiva rustikt br\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Ugnsrostade rotsaker med fetaost<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 r\u00f6dbetor, skalade och t\u00e4rnade<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 s\u00f6tpotatis, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skivad<\/li>\n<li>100 g fetaost, smulad<\/li>\n<li>3 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk torkad timjan<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg alla gr\u00f6nsaker i en stor sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt olivolja, balsamvin\u00e4ger, rosmarin, timjan, salt och peppar. R\u00f6r om v\u00e4l s\u00e5 att alla gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r t\u00e4ckta.<\/li>\n<li>Sprid ut gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t i ett enda lager.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta i ugnen i 25-30 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka och gyllenbruna, r\u00f6r om halvv\u00e4gs genom tillagningstiden.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut ur ugnen och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver smulad fetaost. Servera genast.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Svamprisotto med parmesan<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g arborioris<\/li>\n<li>200 g champinjoner, skivade<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>7 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong, varm<\/li>\n<li>50 g riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk persilja, hackad<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en stor kastrull \u00f6ver medelv\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och fr\u00e4s tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg till champinjonerna och stek tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt riset och r\u00f6r om tills det \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt med olja och lite genomskinligt.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i vinet och l\u00e5t det koka bort n\u00e4stan helt.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt buljongen, en slev i taget, och r\u00f6r om kontinuerligt tills all v\u00e4tska har absorberats och riset \u00e4r kr\u00e4migt och mjukt, cirka 18-20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret och parmesanosten. Tills\u00e4tt kanel, muskotn\u00f6t, citronsaft och str\u00f6socker. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll \u00e4ppelblandningen i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>I en separat sk\u00e5l, blanda brunt socker, havregryn och vetemj\u00f6l. L\u00e4gg till sm\u00f6ret och nyp ihop tills blandningen liknar grova smulor.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 havresmulorna \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 40-45 minuter tills \u00e4pplena \u00e4r mjuka och t\u00e4cket \u00e4r gyllenbrunt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t pajen svalna n\u00e5got innan servering.
