Den \u00e4r perfekt som tillbeh\u00f6r till grillat k\u00f6tt eller fisk, eller som en l\u00e4tt lunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g vitk\u00e5l, finskuren<\/li>\n<li>1 morot, riven<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika, strimlad<\/li>\n<li>2 msk majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>1 msk grekisk yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda vitk\u00e5l, morot och paprika i en stor sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>I en liten sk\u00e5l, blanda majonn\u00e4s, yoghurt, dijonsenap och \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger till en j\u00e4mn dressing.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/godaste-dressingen-till-sallad\/\">dressingen<\/a> \u00f6ver k\u00e5lblandningen och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5pet i minst 30 minuter innan servering f\u00f6r att smakerna ska s\u00e4tta sig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lschips<\/h3>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lschips \u00e4r ett h\u00e4lsosamt och krispigt alternativ till vanliga potatischips. De \u00e4r enkla att g\u00f6ra och otroligt goda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>2 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 150 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj och torka gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len noggrant. Ta bort stj\u00e4lkarna och riv bladen i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t och ringla \u00f6ver olivolja. Massera in oljan i bladen.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salt efter smak.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 15-20 minuter tills gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len \u00e4r krispig. R\u00f6r om efter halva tiden s\u00e5 att de blir j\u00e4mnt bakade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>K\u00e5ldolmar<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00e5ldolmar \u00e4r en klassisk svensk r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r b\u00e5de m\u00e4ttande och full av smak. Det tar lite tid att f\u00f6rbereda, men resultatet \u00e4r v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt m\u00f6dan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stort vitk\u00e5lshuvud<\/li>\n<li>500 g k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs (n\u00f6t- eller blandf\u00e4rs)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl kokt ris<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r stekning<\/li>\n<li>2 dl k\u00f6ttbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 msk sirap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Koka vitk\u00e5lshuvudet i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten tills bladen \u00e4r mjuka och g\u00e5r att lossa utan att de g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs, kokt ris, l\u00f6k, \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, salt och peppar i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ett k\u00e5lblad och l\u00e4gg en klick k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsblandning i mitten. Vik ihop till en dolme och l\u00e4gg med skarven ned\u00e5t i en smord ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Upprepa tills all fyllning \u00e4r anv\u00e4nd.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka lite sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 varje dolme och ringla \u00f6ver sirap.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttbuljongen och t\u00e4ck formen med folie.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i cirka 45 minuter. Ta bort folien de sista 10 minuterna s\u00e5 att dolmarna f\u00e5r en fin gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Tips f\u00f6r att laga mat med k\u00e5l<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00f6rbered i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g:<\/strong> M\u00e5nga k\u00e5lr\u00e4tter, som k\u00e5lsallad och surk\u00e5l, smakar \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre efter att de har f\u00e5tt st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5pet en dag eller tv\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Variera tillagningsmetoder:<\/strong> K\u00e5l kan \u00e4tas r\u00e5, \u00e5ngad, kokt, stekt, rostad eller inlagd. Variera tillagningsmetoderna f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut det mesta av dess smak och n\u00e4ring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experimentera med kryddor:<\/strong> K\u00e5l \u00e4r ganska neutral i smaken och passar bra ihop med m\u00e5nga olika kryddor.
