Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att falla in i vanan att str\u00e4cka sig efter snacks n\u00e4r man k\u00e4nner sig uttr\u00e5kad eller har inget b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r sig. H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra strategier som har hj\u00e4lpt mig att bryta denna vana och hitta sundare s\u00e4tt att hantera tristess.<\/p>\n<h2>Identifiera triggers<\/h2>\n<p>Det f\u00f6rsta steget var att identifiera vad som triggade mitt \u00e4tande av tristess. Genom att f\u00f6ra en dagbok \u00f6ver mina matvanor kunde jag se m\u00f6nster i mitt \u00e4tande. Jag uppt\u00e4ckte att jag oftast \u00e5t n\u00e4r jag tittade p\u00e5 TV, arbetade hemma eller hade l\u00e5nga, inaktiva stunder. Att vara medveten om dessa triggers hj\u00e4lpte mig att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag var mest s\u00e5rbar.<\/p>\n<h2>Hitta alternativa aktiviteter<\/h2>\n<p>En av de mest effektiva strategierna f\u00f6r mig var att hitta alternativa aktiviteter som kunde h\u00e5lla mig sysselsatt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra saker jag provade:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Motion:<\/strong> Att ta en promenad, g\u00f6ra <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/yoga-for-dig-som-medelalders-kvinna\/\">yoga<\/a> eller tr\u00e4na hemma hj\u00e4lpte mig att bli av med tristessen och gav mig energi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hobbyer:<\/strong> Jag \u00e5teruppt\u00e4ckte gamla hobbyer som att l\u00e4sa, m\u00e5la och sticka. Att ha n\u00e5got att g\u00f6ra med mina h\u00e4nder hj\u00e4lpte verkligen att avleda mitt sinne fr\u00e5n mat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sociala aktiviteter:<\/strong> Att umg\u00e5s med v\u00e4nner eller familj, \u00e4ven om det bara var via telefon eller videosamtal, hj\u00e4lpte mig att k\u00e4nna mig mindre ensam och uttr\u00e5kad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Planera och f\u00f6rbered h\u00e4lsosamma snacks<\/h2>\n<p>Jag ins\u00e5g ocks\u00e5 att det var viktigt att ha h\u00e4lsosamma alternativ tillg\u00e4ngliga n\u00e4r jag verkligen k\u00e4nde behovet av att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got. Jag b\u00f6rjade planera och f\u00f6rbereda nyttiga snacks som frukt, gr\u00f6nsaksstavar med hummus, och n\u00f6tter. Detta gjorde det l\u00e4ttare att g\u00f6ra b\u00e4ttre val n\u00e4r suget slog till.<\/p>\n<h2>Skapa en strukturerad dag<\/h2>\n<p>Att ha en strukturerad dag med planerade m\u00e5ltider och aktiviteter hj\u00e4lpte mig att undvika att \u00e4ta av tristess. Jag satte upp en daglig rutin som inkluderade regelbundna m\u00e5ltider, mellanm\u00e5l och aktiviteter som h\u00f6ll mig upptagen. Detta minskade antalet tillf\u00e4llen d\u00e5 jag k\u00e4nde mig uttr\u00e5kad och str\u00e4ckte mig efter on\u00f6diga snacks.<\/p>\n<h2>Var medveten om k\u00e4nslor<\/h2>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade ocks\u00e5 arbeta med att bli mer medveten om mina k\u00e4nslor. M\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger \u00e5t jag inte bara av tristess, utan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att hantera k\u00e4nslor som stress, \u00e5ngest eller ensamhet. Genom mindfulness-\u00f6vningar och meditation l\u00e4rde jag mig att k\u00e4nna igen och hantera dessa k\u00e4nslor p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosammare s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00e4tt realistiska m\u00e5l<\/h2>\n<p>Det var viktigt f\u00f6r mig att s\u00e4tta realistiska m\u00e5l och vara sn\u00e4ll mot mig sj\u00e4lv. Jag f\u00f6rstod att det skulle ta tid att bryta gamla vanor och att det var okej att ha bakslag. Genom att fira sm\u00e5 framsteg och inte vara f\u00f6r h\u00e5rd mot mig sj\u00e4lv kunde jag h\u00e5lla motivationen uppe och forts\u00e4tta p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Att undvika att \u00e4ta av tristess har varit en utmaning, men med r\u00e4tt strategier och verktyg har det blivit mycket l\u00e4ttare.
