Detta har varit s\u00e4rskilt anv\u00e4ndbart under konditionstr\u00e4ning, d\u00e4r jag kan se till att jag tr\u00e4nar i r\u00e4tt pulszon f\u00f6r att maximera fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning och konditionsf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f6mnanalys<\/strong> En ov\u00e4ntad men v\u00e4lkommen funktion var s\u00f6mnanalysen. Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som \u00e4r normalt f\u00f6r min kropp och vad som beh\u00f6ver justeras har varit en inl\u00e4rningskurva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Batteritid och laddning<\/strong> En praktisk utmaning har varit batteritiden. \u00c4ven om min fitness tracker har en relativt l\u00e5ng batteritid, kr\u00e4ver den \u00e4nd\u00e5 regelbunden laddning.
