F\u00f6r mig har det varit en resa av sj\u00e4lvuppt\u00e4ckt och transformation. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av min personliga erfarenhet med intermittent fasta, hur jag b\u00f6rjade, de f\u00f6rdelar jag har upplevt och de utmaningar jag har st\u00f6tt p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<h2>Hur jag b\u00f6rjade med intermittent fasta<\/h2>\n<p>Jag h\u00f6rde f\u00f6rst om intermittent fasta genom v\u00e4nner och olika h\u00e4lsobloggar. Efter att ha gjort lite forskning och l\u00e4st om de potentiella f\u00f6rdelarna, best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k.
