rostad<\/h2>\n<p>Broccoli \u00e4r en av mina absoluta favoriter p\u00e5 grund av dess h\u00f6ga n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll och m\u00e5ngsidighet.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c5ngad broccoli:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r broccolin i sm\u00e5 buketter och sk\u00f6lj dem noggrant.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c5nga broccolin i en \u00e5ngkorg \u00f6ver kokande vatten i cirka 5-7 minuter tills den \u00e4r mjuk men fortfarande krispig.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda med en nypa <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a>, peppar och pressad citron f\u00f6r extra smak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Rostad broccoli:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg broccolibuketterna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t, ringla \u00f6ver <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> och krydda med salt, peppar och vitl\u00f6kspulver.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta i ugnen i 20-25 minuter tills broccolin \u00e4r gyllenbrun och knaprig.<\/li>\n<li>Servera som ett v\u00e4lsmakande tillbeh\u00f6r eller blanda med pasta f\u00f6r en enkel m\u00e5ltid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Paprika \u2013 Fylld och grillad<\/h2>\n<p>Paprika \u00e4r b\u00e5de s\u00f6t och f\u00e4rgstark, vilket g\u00f6r den till en perfekt ingrediens i m\u00e5nga r\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<h3>Fylld paprika:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r av toppen p\u00e5 paprikorna och ta bort k\u00e4rnorna.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll med en blandning av kokt quinoa, svarta b\u00f6nor, majs, hackade tomater och kryddor som kummin och chilipulver.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg paprikorna i en ugnsform och baka i 25-30 minuter tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Toppa med lite riven ost och gratinera ytterligare 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Grillad paprika:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dela paprikorna i stora bitar och ta bort k\u00e4rnorna.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla med olivolja och krydda med sallader, wraps eller som ett smakrikt tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Spenat \u2013 Sauterad och i smoothies<\/h2>\n<p>Spenat \u00e4r en gr\u00f6nsak jag aldrig tr\u00f6ttnar p\u00e5 tack vare dess milda smak och h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar.<\/p>\n<h3>Sauterad spenat:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hetta upp en matsked olivolja i en stor stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt tv\u00e5 hackade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och fr\u00e4s i en minut.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i en stor handfull f\u00e4rsk spenat och r\u00f6r om tills den vissnar, cirka 3-4 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda med salt, peppar och en skv\u00e4tt citronsaft.<\/li>\n<li>Servera som ett enkelt tillbeh\u00f6r eller blanda med pasta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spenat i smoothies:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e4gg en handfull f\u00e4rsk spenat i en blender.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt en banan, en kopp frysta b\u00e4r, en matsked chiafr\u00f6n och en kopp mandelmj\u00f6lk.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa tills smoothien \u00e4r sl\u00e4t och kr\u00e4mig.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp och njut av en n\u00e4ringsrik och energigivande frukost eller mellanm\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>S\u00f6tpotatis \u2013 Ugnsrostad och mosad<\/h2>\n<p>S\u00f6tpotatis \u00e4r inte bara god utan ocks\u00e5 full av <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/multivitamin-som-dagligt-komplement-till-en-varierad-kost\/\">vitaminer<\/a> och mineraler.<\/p>\n<h3>Ugnsrostad s\u00f6tpotatis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och t\u00e4rna s\u00f6tpotatisen i j\u00e4mna bitar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg bitarna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t och ringla \u00f6ver olivolja, krydda med salt, peppar och rosmarin.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta i ugnen i 25-30 minuter tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna och minuter tills blomk\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk och gyllenbrun.<\/li>\n<li>Servera som ett krispigt och smakrikt tillbeh\u00f6r eller blanda med hummus f\u00f6r ett h\u00e4lsosamt mellanm\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Blomk\u00e5lsgrat\u00e4ng:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 190\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Koka blomk\u00e5lsbuketterna i l\u00e4tt saltat vatten i 5-7 minuter tills de \u00e4r mjuka men fortfarande fasta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg blomk\u00e5len i en smord ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6r en enkel bechamels\u00e5s genom att sm\u00e4lta 2 msk sm\u00f6r i en kastrull, tills\u00e4tta 2 msk mj\u00f6l och vispa i 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/koppar-tillskott-nar-det-verkligen-behovs-och-varfor-balans-ar-avgorande\/\">koppar<\/a> mj\u00f6lk tills s\u00e5sen tjocknar.
