Dessa r\u00e4tter \u00e4r fulla av smak och n\u00e4ring, vilket g\u00f6r dem perfekta f\u00f6r en balanserad och h\u00e4lsosam livsstil.<\/p>\n<h2>Gr\u00f6nsaksfyllda paprikor<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 stora paprikor (valfri f\u00e4rg)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl quinoa eller brunt ris<\/li>\n<li>1 burk svarta b\u00f6nor, sk\u00f6ljda och avrunna<\/li>\n<li>1 dl majs<\/li>\n<li>1 tomat, hackad<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k, hackad<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk spiskummin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprika<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riven ost (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Koka quinoa eller ris enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r toppen av paprikorna och ta bort fr\u00f6n och hinnor.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp lite <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> i en panna och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt tomat, svarta b\u00f6nor, majs, spiskummin, paprika, salt och peppar. Blanda v\u00e4l och l\u00e5t puttra i n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda den kokta quinoan eller riset med gr\u00f6nsaksblandningen.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll paprikorna med blandningen och placera dem i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver riven ost om du \u00f6nskar.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i ca 25-30 minuter tills paprikorna \u00e4r mjuka och osten \u00e4r sm\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Lax med avokadosallad<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 laxfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado, t\u00e4rnad<\/li>\n<li>1 gurka, skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 tomat, hackad<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk citronsaft<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rsk dill f\u00f6r garnering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Krydda laxfil\u00e9erna med salt och peppar och placera dem p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i ca 15-20 minuter eller tills laxen \u00e4r genomstekt.<\/li>\n<li>Under tiden, blanda avokado, gurka, tomat och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt olivolja, citronsaft, salt och peppar.
