Under \u00e5ren har jag provat flera olika dieter i min str\u00e4van efter b\u00e4ttre h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lbefinnande. Vissa fungerade b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n andra, och varje erfarenhet l\u00e4rde mig n\u00e5got nytt om min kropp och mina behov. I detta blogginl\u00e4gg vill jag dela med mig av min resa med olika dieter och vad som till slut fungerade b\u00e4st f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket: L\u00e5gkaloridiet<\/h2>\n<p>Som m\u00e5nga andra b\u00f6rjade jag min resa med en traditionell l\u00e5gkaloridiet. Id\u00e9n var enkel: \u00e4ta f\u00e4rre <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-kalorier\/\">kalorier<\/a> \u00e4n vad jag f\u00f6rbrukar f\u00f6r att <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/ga-ner-1-kg-i-veckan\/\">g\u00e5 ner i vikt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag \u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mycket gr\u00f6nsaker<\/li>\n<li>Magert <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-protein\/\">protein<\/a> som kyckling och fisk<\/li>\n<li>Fullkornsprodukter<\/li>\n<li>Begr\u00e4nsade m\u00e4ngder fett och socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Snabb viktminskning i b\u00f6rjan<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4rde mig att kontrollera portionsstorlekar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nackdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla sig m\u00e4tt<\/li>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig ofta tr\u00f6tt och energil\u00f6s<\/li>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla l\u00e5ngsiktigt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>N\u00e4sta steg: L\u00e5gkolhydratdiet<\/h2>\n<p>Efter att ha k\u00e4mpat med l\u00e5gkaloridieten best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att prova en l\u00e5gkolhydratdiet. Denna diet fokuserar p\u00e5 att minska intaget av kolhydrater och \u00f6ka m\u00e4ngden protein och fett.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag \u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mycket protein (<a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a>, k\u00f6tt, fisk)<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4lsosamma fetter (avokado, n\u00f6tter, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00f6nsaker med l\u00e5gt kolhydratinneh\u00e5ll<\/li>\n<li>Begr\u00e4nsade m\u00e4ngder frukt och spannm\u00e5l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig m\u00e4ttare l\u00e4ngre<\/li>\n<li>Minskad sug efter socker och kolhydrater<\/li>\n<li>Gick ner i vikt utan att k\u00e4nna mig hungrig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nackdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att \u00e4ta ute eller p\u00e5 sociala tillst\u00e4llningar<\/li>\n<li>Begr\u00e4nsat urval av livsmedel<\/li>\n<li>Risk f\u00f6r n\u00e4ringsbrist om man inte planerar noggrant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Utforskning av paleo-dieten<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e4sta diet jag provade var paleo-dieten, som fokuserar p\u00e5 att \u00e4ta som v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rf\u00e4der gjorde under sten\u00e5ldern. Detta inneb\u00e4r att man undviker processade livsmedel och \u00e4ter naturliga, oprocessade r\u00e5varor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag \u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mycket gr\u00f6nsaker och frukt<\/li>\n<li>Magert k\u00f6tt och fisk<\/li>\n<li>N\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>Inga spannm\u00e5l, mejeriprodukter eller raffinerat socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig energisk och frisk<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad matsm\u00e4ltning<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4tt att f\u00f6lja med naturliga och oprocessade r\u00e5varor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nackdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kan bli dyrt med mycket k\u00f6tt och f\u00e4rska r\u00e5varor<\/li>\n<li>Saknade vissa livsmedel som mejeriprodukter och spannm\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att \u00e4ta ute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>F\u00f6rs\u00f6kte med vegansk diet<\/h2>\n<p>Efter att ha l\u00e4st om f\u00f6rdelarna med en vegansk diet best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k. Denna diet utesluter alla animaliska produkter och fokuserar p\u00e5 v\u00e4xtbaserade livsmedel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag \u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Massor av frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker<\/li>\n<li>Baljv\u00e4xter och fullkorn<\/li>\n<li>N\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>Sojabaserade produkter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig l\u00e4ttare och mer energisk<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad hud och matsm\u00e4ltning<\/li>\n<li>Etiskt tillfredsst\u00e4llande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nackdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein<\/li>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig ofta hungrig<\/li>\n<li>Beh\u00f6vde ta kosttillskott f\u00f6r vissa n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen (<a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/b12-livsviktigt-vitamin-for-blod-hjarna-och-energi\/\">B12<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/jarn-den-livsviktiga-metallen\/\">j\u00e4rn<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hittade balansen med medelhavsdieten<\/h2>\n<p>Efter att ha provat olika dieter fann jag till slut min balans med medelhavsdieten. Denna diet fokuserar p\u00e5 f\u00e4rska r\u00e5varor, h\u00e4lsosamma fetter och en balanserad m\u00e4ngd protein och kolhydrater.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad jag \u00e5t<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker<\/li>\n<li>Fullkornsprodukter<\/li>\n<li>Magert protein (fisk, kyckling)<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4lsosamma fetter (olivolja, avokado, n\u00f6tter)<\/li>\n<li>Begr\u00e4nsad m\u00e4ngd r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt och socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e4nde mig m\u00e4tt och n\u00f6jd efter m\u00e5ltider<\/li>\n<li>Stabil viktminskning och b\u00e4ttre h\u00e4lsa<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4tt att f\u00f6lja l\u00e5ngsiktigt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nackdelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt att undvika frestelser ibland<\/li>\n<li>Kr\u00e4ver planering och f\u00f6rberedelse f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla sig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Min resa med olika dieter har varit en l\u00e4rorik upplevelse. Jag har l\u00e4rt mig att det inte finns en &#8221;one size fits all&#8221; n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kost och att det \u00e4r viktigt att hitta en diet som fungerar f\u00f6r just mig och min livsstil. Medelhavsdieten har visat sig vara den b\u00e4sta balansen f\u00f6r mig, med fokus p\u00e5 f\u00e4rska, naturliga r\u00e5varor och en m\u00e5ttlig m\u00e4ngd kolhydrater och protein. Den har inte bara hj\u00e4lpt mig att n\u00e5 mina viktm\u00e5l utan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat min \u00f6vergripande h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lbefinnande.
