I detta blogginl\u00e4gg delar jag med mig av fem av mina favoritrecept p\u00e5 kalorifattiga desserter som du kan njuta av utan att k\u00e4nna skuld.<\/p>\n<h2>Chia pudding med vanilj och b\u00e4r<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 msk chiafr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<li>2,5 dl os\u00f6tad mandelmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljextrakt<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung eller l\u00f6nnsirap (valfritt)<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rska b\u00e4r till topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda chiafr\u00f6n, mandelmj\u00f6lk, vaniljextrakt och honung i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om ordentligt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om igen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra att chiafr\u00f6na klumpar sig.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck sk\u00e5len och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5p i minst 2 timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r p\u00e5 toppen f\u00f6r en uppfriskande och n\u00e4ringsrik pudding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Banan- och jordn\u00f6tsglass<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna bananer, skivade och frysta<\/li>\n<li>2 msk jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r (utan tillsatt socker)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de frysta bananskivorna i en matberedare och mixa tills de \u00e4r sl\u00e4ta och kr\u00e4miga.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6ret och mixa tills det \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li>Servera direkt som mjukglass eller frys in i en luftt\u00e4t beh\u00e5llare i cirka 1 timme f\u00f6r en fastare konsistens.<\/li>\n<li>Njut av denna enkla och h\u00e4lsosamma glass utan d\u00e5ligt samvete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Frysta yoghurtbitar med b\u00e4r<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl grekisk yoghurt (l\u00e5g fetthalt)<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung eller l\u00f6nnsirap<\/li>\n<li>1 dl blandade b\u00e4r (jordgubbar, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda den grekiska yoghurten med honung i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och bred ut yoghurtblandningen i ett j\u00e4mnt lager.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver de blandade b\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<li>Frys i minst 2 timmar eller tills yoghurten \u00e4r helt frusen.<\/li>\n<li>Bryt i bitar och servera direkt fr\u00e5n frysen som en uppfriskande och kalorifattig dessert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelskivor med kanel och mandelsm\u00f6r<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stort \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>1 msk mandelsm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva \u00e4pplet i tunna skivor.<\/li>\n<li>Bre mandelsm\u00f6r \u00f6ver varje \u00e4ppelskiva.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kanel.<\/li>\n<li>Njut av detta enkla och n\u00e4ringsrika mellanm\u00e5l som ocks\u00e5 kan fungera som en l\u00e4tt dessert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mango sorbet<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mogna mangos, skalade och t\u00e4rnade<\/li>\n<li>Saften fr\u00e5n 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung eller l\u00f6nnsirap (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tillagning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg mangot\u00e4rningarna i en matberedare och mixa tills de \u00e4r sl\u00e4ta.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt limejuice och honung och mixa igen.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll mangoblandningen i en luftt\u00e4t beh\u00e5llare och frys i minst 2 timmar.<\/li>\n<li>Servera denna l\u00e4ckra och kalorifattiga sorbet direkt fr\u00e5n frysen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Att njuta av en god dessert beh\u00f6ver inte betyda att man m\u00e5ste offra sin h\u00e4lsa eller sitt kaloriintag.
