Sallader \u00e4r ett fantastiskt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 i sig massor av n\u00e4ring p\u00e5 ett enkelt och smakrikt s\u00e4tt. H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av n\u00e5gra av mina favoritrecept p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsosamma sallader som jag ofta njuter av. Hoppas du ocks\u00e5 kommer att tycka om dem!<\/p>\n<h2>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssallad med avokado och citrus<\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l \u00e4r en superfood som \u00e4r fylld med <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/multivitamin-som-dagligt-komplement-till-en-varierad-kost\/\">vitaminer<\/a> och mineraler. Den h\u00e4r salladen \u00e4r inte bara h\u00e4lsosam utan ocks\u00e5 otroligt god.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado<\/li>\n<li>1 apelsin<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d grapefrukt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 msk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 msk citronjuice<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">Salt<\/a> och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj och riv gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len i mindre bitar. Massera med lite olivolja och salt f\u00f6r att mjuka upp bladen.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r avokadon i bitar och filea apelsinen och grapefrukten.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken tunt.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda samman gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, avokado, citrusfrukter och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k i en stor sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och citronjuice. Krydda med salt och peppar efter smak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quinoasallad med rostade gr\u00f6nsaker och fetaost<\/h2>\n<p>Quinoa \u00e4r en fantastisk proteink\u00e4lla och tillsammans med rostade gr\u00f6nsaker blir den h\u00e4r salladen b\u00e5de m\u00e4ttande och n\u00e4ringsrik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl quinoa<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 gul paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>100 g fetaost<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.
