N\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter mat, tillf\u00f6r vi kroppen kalorier som den anv\u00e4nder som br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra sina dagliga funktioner, fr\u00e5n att andas och t\u00e4nka till att tr\u00e4na och r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig. Det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 att alla kalorier inte \u00e4r skapade lika. Kalorier kan komma fr\u00e5n olika k\u00e4llor och p\u00e5verka kroppen p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt beroende p\u00e5 deras ursprung.<\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r makron\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen?<\/h2>\n<p>Makron\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen \u00e4r de n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som v\u00e5r kropp beh\u00f6ver i st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngder f\u00f6r att fungera optimalt.
