Som med alla dieter finns det b\u00e5de f\u00f6rdelar och nackdelar att \u00f6verv\u00e4ga innan man best\u00e4mmer sig f\u00f6r att prova. H\u00e4r delar jag mina tankar om ketodieten och dess inverkan p\u00e5 kroppen och h\u00e4lsan.<\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r ketodieten?<\/h2>\n<p>Ketodieten \u00e4r en h\u00f6gfetts- och l\u00e5gkolhydratdiet som syftar till att s\u00e4tta kroppen i ett tillst\u00e5nd som kallas ketos.
