Men med tiden blev jag nyfiken och best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k. Efter att ha l\u00e4st p\u00e5 om dieten och f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt dess principer, ins\u00e5g jag att jag kunde anpassa den efter mina egna behov och preferenser. Att minska kolhydrater till endast 20 gram per dag k\u00e4ndes \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det mer h\u00e5llbart anpassade jag denna fas genom att:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Planera m\u00e5ltider noggrant:<\/strong> Jag skapade veckomenyer och handlingslistor f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att jag hade alla n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga ingredienser hemma.
