Whole30 inneb\u00e4r att man under 30 dagar eliminerar socker, alkohol, spannm\u00e5l, baljv\u00e4xter, mejeriprodukter och tillsatser fr\u00e5n kosten f\u00f6r att \u00e5terintroducera dem senare och observera hur de p\u00e5verkar kroppen. H\u00e4r delar jag en typisk dag i mitt liv p\u00e5 Whole30, fr\u00e5n m\u00e5ltidsplanering till mellanm\u00e5l och tr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n<h2>Morgon: En energigivande start<\/h2>\n<h3>Vaknar upp och dricker citronvatten<\/h3>\n<p>Min dag b\u00f6rjar tidigt med ett glas varmt citronvatten. Detta hj\u00e4lper mig att vakna till och f\u00f6rbereda magen f\u00f6r dagens m\u00e5ltider. Citronvatten s\u00e4gs hj\u00e4lpa matsm\u00e4ltningen och ge en mild detoxeffekt, vilket \u00e4r perfekt f\u00f6r att kickstarta dagen p\u00e5 Whole30.<\/p>\n<h3>Frukost: \u00c4gg och gr\u00f6nsaker<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6r frukost lagar jag ofta <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a> tillsammans med en f\u00e4rgstark gr\u00f6nsaksblandning. En av mina favoriter \u00e4r en \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra med spenat, paprika och svamp, kryddad med lite <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a> och peppar. Till detta l\u00e4gger jag till en halv avokado f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i mig h\u00e4lsosamma fetter som h\u00e5ller mig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngre. En kopp gr\u00f6nt te kompletterar m\u00e5ltiden.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rmiddag: H\u00e5ll energin uppe<\/h2>\n<h3>F\u00f6rberedelse av mellanm\u00e5l<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6r att undvika energidippar f\u00f6rbereder jag mellanm\u00e5l som \u00e4r enkla att ta med. Favoriterna inkluderar mandlar, morotsstavar och \u00e4ppelklyftor. Dessa mellanm\u00e5l \u00e4r inte bara goda, utan ocks\u00e5 packade med n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som hj\u00e4lper till att h\u00e5lla energiniv\u00e5erna uppe under f\u00f6rmiddagen.<\/p>\n<h3>Arbetsdag med mycket vatten<\/h3>\n<p>Under arbetsdagen ser jag till att dricka mycket vatten. Hydrering \u00e4r nyckeln till att h\u00e5lla mig fokuserad och frisk. Jag har alltid en vattenflaska n\u00e4ra till hands och siktar p\u00e5 att dricka minst 2 liter vatten varje dag.<\/p>\n<h2>Lunch: N\u00e4ringsrik och m\u00e4ttande<\/h2>\n<h3>En f\u00e4rgglad sallad<\/h3>\n<p>Lunchen p\u00e5 Whole30 best\u00e5r ofta av en stor sallad med en m\u00e4ngd olika gr\u00f6nsaker och en proteink\u00e4lla. En av mina favoritsallader inneh\u00e5ller blandade salladsblad, gurka, tomater, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, och grillad kyckling. F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra den mer m\u00e4ttande tills\u00e4tter jag <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> och pressar lite citron \u00f6ver som <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/godaste-dressingen-till-sallad\/\">dressing<\/a>. Kryddor som \u00f6rtsalt och svartpeppar ger extra smak.<\/p>\n<h3>Enkel och snabb tillagning<\/h3>\n<p>Jag str\u00e4var efter att h\u00e5lla lunchen enkel och snabb att tillaga, speciellt under hektiska arbetsdagar. Att f\u00f6rbereda ingredienser kv\u00e4llen innan sparar tid och g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla sig till Whole30-programmet.<\/p>\n<h2>Eftermiddag: Fokus och tr\u00e4ning<\/h2>\n<h3>Energiboost med mellanm\u00e5l<\/h3>\n<p>P\u00e5 eftermiddagen, n\u00e4r energin b\u00f6rjar dala, tar jag ett mellanm\u00e5l som jag f\u00f6rberett tidigare. Morotsstavar med hummus gjord p\u00e5 cashewn\u00f6tter (eftersom traditionell hummus inneh\u00e5ller baljv\u00e4xter som inte \u00e4r till\u00e5tna p\u00e5 Whole30) \u00e4r en av mina favoriter. Detta ger mig en bra balans av kolhydrater, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-protein\/\">protein<\/a> och fett som h\u00e5ller mig ig\u00e5ng fram till middagen.<\/p>\n<h3>Tr\u00e4ningspass<\/h3>\n<p>Efter jobbet \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r ett tr\u00e4ningspass. Jag varierar mellan l\u00f6pning, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/yoga-for-dig-som-medelalders-kvinna\/\">yoga<\/a> och styrketr\u00e4ning. Tr\u00e4ning hj\u00e4lper mig att slappna av och \u00e4r en viktig del av min h\u00e4lsorutin. P\u00e5 Whole30 har jag m\u00e4rkt att jag har mer energi och uth\u00e5llighet under mina pass, vilket \u00e4r en h\u00e4rlig bonus.<\/p>\n<h2>Kv\u00e4ll: Avkoppling och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning<\/h2>\n<h3>Middag: En n\u00e4ringsrik tallrik<\/h3>\n<p>Middagen p\u00e5 Whole30 \u00e4r en n\u00e4ringsrik och balanserad m\u00e5ltid. Ett exempel kan vara ugnsbakad lax med rostad s\u00f6tpotatis och en \u00e5ngkokt broccolibukett. Jag \u00e4lskar att experimentera med olika kryddor och \u00f6rter f\u00f6r att ge maten en extra smakdimension. En enkel men l\u00e4cker favorit \u00e4r att marinera laxen i olivolja, citronjuice, vitl\u00f6k och dill innan bakning.<\/p>\n<h3>Avkoppling med \u00f6rtte<\/h3>\n<p>Efter middagen kopplar jag av med en kopp \u00f6rtte, till exempel kamomill eller pepparmynta. Detta hj\u00e4lper mig att varva ner och f\u00f6rbereda mig f\u00f6r en god natts s\u00f6mn. Jag undviker att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got sent p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen f\u00f6r att ge kroppen tid att sm\u00e4lta maten ordentligt.<\/p>\n<h2>Reflektion och planering<\/h2>\n<h3>Daglig reflektion<\/h3>\n<p>Innan jag g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger mig tar jag n\u00e5gra minuter att reflektera \u00f6ver dagen. Jag skriver ner hur jag m\u00e5r, vad som gick bra och vad som kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras. Denna dagboksh\u00e5llning hj\u00e4lper mig att h\u00e5lla mig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r och ger insikter i hur min kropp reagerar p\u00e5 olika livsmedel och vanor.<\/p>\n<h3>Planering inf\u00f6r morgondagen<\/h3>\n<p>Jag avslutar dagen med att planera n\u00e4sta dags m\u00e5ltider och aktiviteter. Att ha en tydlig plan g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att f\u00f6lja Whole30 och minskar stressen kring vad jag ska \u00e4ta. Genom att f\u00f6rbereda s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller jag att jag kan forts\u00e4tta med programmet utan avbrott.<\/p>\n<p>Att f\u00f6lja Whole30 har varit en utmaning, men ocks\u00e5 en fantastisk resa mot b\u00e4ttre h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende.
