Detta hj\u00e4lper mig att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att jag \u00e4ter r\u00e4tt m\u00e4ngd <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-kalorier\/\">kalorier<\/a> och f\u00e5r i mig de n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen jag beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 mina m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<h3>Tidsbesparing<\/h3>\n<p>Att \u00e4gna n\u00e5gra timmar \u00e5t meal prep en g\u00e5ng i veckan sparar mig mycket tid under veckan. N\u00e4r jag kommer hem tr\u00f6tt efter en l\u00e5ng dag, beh\u00f6ver jag bara v\u00e4rma upp en f\u00e4rdig m\u00e5ltid ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att b\u00f6rja laga mat fr\u00e5n grunden. Detta minskar risken f\u00f6r att jag v\u00e4ljer oh\u00e4lsosamma snabba alternativ.<\/p>\n<h3>Minskad stress<\/h3>\n<p>Meal prep har ocks\u00e5 minskat min stress kring matlagning och kost. Jag beh\u00f6ver inte l\u00e4ngre fundera p\u00e5 vad jag ska \u00e4ta varje dag eller frestas av oh\u00e4lsosamma alternativ. Allt \u00e4r redan planerat och klart.<\/p>\n<h2>Hur jag b\u00f6rjade med meal prep<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rst b\u00f6rjade med meal prep k\u00e4ndes det \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande. Men med lite planering och organisation blev det snabbt en naturlig del av min veckorutin. H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra steg jag f\u00f6ljde f\u00f6r att komma ig\u00e5ng:<\/p>\n<h3>Planera menyn<\/h3>\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade med att planera en meny f\u00f6r veckan. Jag valde enkla och n\u00e4ringsrika recept som jag visste att jag skulle tycka om. Det \u00e4r viktigt att variera maten s\u00e5 att det inte blir tr\u00e5kigt att \u00e4ta samma sak varje dag.<\/p>\n<h3>Ink\u00f6pslista<\/h3>\n<p>Efter att ha planerat menyn gjorde jag en detaljerad ink\u00f6pslista. Detta hj\u00e4lpte mig att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att jag hade alla ingredienser hemma och undvika on\u00f6diga impulsk\u00f6p.<\/p>\n<h2>Tillaga och f\u00f6rvara<\/h2>\n<p>Jag avsatte en dag, oftast s\u00f6ndag, f\u00f6r att tillaga alla m\u00e5ltider. Jag investerade i bra <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/nyttiga-matlador-fardiga-matlador-som-sparar-tid-och-haller-dig-halsosam\/\">matl\u00e5dor<\/a> som \u00e4r l\u00e4tta att f\u00f6rvara i kylen och frysen. Genom att m\u00e4rka l\u00e5dorna med inneh\u00e5ll och datum kunde jag enkelt h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 vad som beh\u00f6vde \u00e4tas f\u00f6rst.<\/p>\n<h2>Mina favorit meal prep-recept<\/h2>\n<p><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av mina favorit recept som har hj\u00e4lpt mig att h\u00e5lla mig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Kyckling med gr\u00f6nsaker och quinoa<\/h3>\n<p>En enkel och n\u00e4ringsrik m\u00e5ltid som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att variera med olika kryddor och gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er<\/li>\n<li>2 dl quinoa<\/li>\n<li>4 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>2 mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 broccoli<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">Olivolja<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/salt-ar-livsviktigt-for-kroppen\/\">salt<\/a>, peppar och valfria kryddor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r kycklingen i bitar och stek i olivolja tills den \u00e4r genomstekt. Krydda efter smak.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka gr\u00f6nsakerna och \u00e5nga eller stek dem l\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela kyckling, quinoa och gr\u00f6nsaker i matl\u00e5dor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Linsgryta med kokosmj\u00f6lk och spenat<\/h3>\n<p>En v\u00e4rmande och m\u00e4ttande vegetarisk r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r perfekt f\u00f6r kalla dagar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl r\u00f6da linser<\/li>\n<li>1 burk kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>200 g f\u00e4rsk spenat<\/li>\n<li>Olivolja, curry, gurkmeja, salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k, och stek i olivolja tills de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt linser, krossade tomater och kokosmj\u00f6lk. Koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda i ca 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt spenaten och kryddorna. L\u00e5t sjuda i ytterligare 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela grytan i matl\u00e5dor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Utmaningar och hur jag hanterade dem<\/h2>\n<p>Som med alla nya vanor, st\u00f6tte jag p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra utmaningar n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade med meal prep. H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de hinder jag m\u00f6tte och hur jag \u00f6vervann dem:<\/p>\n<h3>Brist p\u00e5 variation<\/h3>\n<p>Att \u00e4ta samma sak varje dag kan bli tr\u00e5kigt. F\u00f6r att undvika detta roterar jag mina recept och experimenterar med nya kryddor och ingredienser.<\/p>\n<h3>Tidskr\u00e4vande<\/h3>\n<p>I b\u00f6rjan k\u00e4ndes det tidskr\u00e4vande att tillaga alla m\u00e5ltider p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.
