H\u00e4r g\u00e5r jag igenom f\u00f6r- och nackdelar med detox-dieter, baserat p\u00e5 b\u00e5de personlig erfarenhet och forskning.<\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r en detox-diet?<\/h2>\n<p>En detox-diet inneb\u00e4r vanligtvis en period d\u00e5 man utesluter vissa livsmedel och drycker f\u00f6r att &#8221;rena&#8221; kroppen.
