Som kvinna som alltid har str\u00e4vat efter en balanserad kost, best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att testa kaloriappar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre insikt i mina matvanor. H\u00e4r delar jag min upplevelse med att anv\u00e4nda dessa appar och hur de har p\u00e5verkat min kost och h\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n<h2>Varf\u00f6r jag b\u00f6rjade anv\u00e4nda kaloriappar<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r ungef\u00e4r ett \u00e5r sedan ins\u00e5g jag att jag beh\u00f6vde bli mer medveten om vad jag \u00e4ter.
