Som n\u00e5gon som har g\u00e5tt igenom flera dietperioder har jag l\u00e4rt mig en hel del om hur man hanterar dessa frestelser utan att f\u00f6rlora fokus p\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l. I detta blogginl\u00e4gg delar jag med mig av mina strategier och tips f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla sig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sp\u00e5r trots lockande hinder.<\/p>\n<h2>Att identifiera frestelser<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta steget i att hantera frestelser \u00e4r att identifiera vad som utl\u00f6ser dem. Detta har hj\u00e4lpt mig att uppskatta maten mer och undvika att \u00e4ta f\u00f6r mycket. Genom att sakta ner och fokusera p\u00e5 maten kan jag b\u00e4ttre kontrollera mina portioner och undvika \u00f6ver\u00e4tning.<\/p>\n<h2>Att hantera stress<\/h2>\n<p>Stress \u00e4r en stor utl\u00f6sare f\u00f6r att jag ska ge efter f\u00f6r frestelser. F\u00f6r att hantera detta har jag inf\u00f6rt olika stresshanteringsstrategier i min vardag, som meditation, <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/yoga-for-dig-som-medelalders-kvinna\/\">yoga<\/a> och regelbundna promenader. Genom att h\u00e5lla stressniv\u00e5erna nere blir det l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla sig till min diet och inte anv\u00e4nda mat som en tr\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<h2>Att bel\u00f6na sig sj\u00e4lv<\/h2>\n<p>Att bel\u00f6na sig sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla motivationen uppe. N\u00e4r jag n\u00e5r en milstolpe i min diet bel\u00f6nar jag mig sj\u00e4lv med n\u00e5got som inte \u00e4r matrelaterat, som en ny bok, ett kl\u00e4desplagg eller en spa-dag.
