Det handlar inte bara om r\u00e5varor utan \u00e4ven om tillagningsmetoder, m\u00e4ngder och dolda risker i vardagsmaten.<\/p>\n<h3>Vad f\u00e5r man inte \u00e4ta som gravid? \u2013 fisk med h\u00f6gt kvicksilverinneh\u00e5ll<\/h3>\n<p>Stora rovfiskar som haj, sv\u00e4rdfisk, marlin, kungmakrill, orange roughy och guldtorsk inneh\u00e5ller h\u00f6ga halter kvicksilver. \u00c4ven vissa svenska insj\u00f6fiskar som g\u00e4dda, abborre och g\u00f6s kan vara riskfyllda. Kvicksilver kan skada fostrets hj\u00e4rna och nervsystem och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ska dessa fiskar undvikas helt under graviditeten.<\/p>\n<p>Intressant nog kan kvicksilverhalten i rovfisk vara upp till 100 g\u00e5nger h\u00f6gre \u00e4n i sm\u00e5fisk, eftersom \u00e4mnet ansamlas genom hela n\u00e4ringskedjan.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e5 fisk, skaldjur och kallr\u00f6kt lax<\/h3>\n<p>Listeria och parasiter som anisakis kan f\u00f6rekomma i r\u00e5 fisk, gravad eller kallr\u00f6kt lax samt r\u00e5a skaldjur som ostron och musslor. Gravida b\u00f6r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r undvika <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/ar-sushi-nyttigt\/\">sushi<\/a>, sashimi, ceviche och r\u00e5a ostron. Listeria \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt farligt d\u00e5 \u00e4ven sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder kan orsaka missfall eller f\u00f6r tidig f\u00f6dsel.<\/p>\n<h3>Vad f\u00e5r man inte \u00e4ta som gravid? \u2013 r\u00e5tt eller halvstekt k\u00f6tt<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00f6tt som inte \u00e4r ordentligt tillagat kan b\u00e4ra p\u00e5 toxoplasmaparasiten. R\u00e5biff, carpaccio, tartar, rosa lamm och r\u00e5 k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs ska d\u00e4rf\u00f6r undvikas. Charkprodukter som salami, parmaskinka och pepperoni \u00e4r riskabla eftersom de kan inneh\u00e5lla b\u00e5de toxoplasma och listeria.<\/p>\n<p>Toxoplasmos \u00e4r en infektion som ofta \u00e4r ofarlig f\u00f6r vuxna men kan orsaka allvarliga fosterskador. Bara i Europa smittas flera hundratusen m\u00e4nniskor varje \u00e5r via d\u00e5ligt tillagat k\u00f6tt eller jordkontaminerade gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/p>\n<h3>Opast\u00f6riserade ostar och mj\u00f6lkprodukter<\/h3>\n<p>Brie, camembert, ch\u00e8vre, vissa fetaostar och bl\u00e5m\u00f6gelostar kan vara tillverkade av opast\u00f6riserad mj\u00f6lk. Dessa \u00e4r riskfyllda f\u00f6r gravida eftersom de kan b\u00e4ra p\u00e5 listeriabakterier \u00e4ven vid kylf\u00f6rvaring. \u00c4ven opast\u00f6riserad mj\u00f6lk och juice b\u00f6r undvikas.<\/p>\n<p>Listeria v\u00e4xer till och med i kylsk\u00e5pstemperatur, vilket g\u00f6r det extra sv\u00e5rt att uppt\u00e4cka faran i tid.<\/p>\n<h3>Osk\u00f6ljda gr\u00f6nsaker och r\u00e5a groddar<\/h3>\n<p>Alla gr\u00f6nsaker ska sk\u00f6ljas noggrant eftersom jord kan inneh\u00e5lla toxoplasmaparasiter. R\u00e5a groddar, till exempel alfalfa, mungb\u00f6nsgroddar och r\u00e4disskott, \u00e4r en annan risk d\u00e5 de kan b\u00e4ra p\u00e5 salmonella och E. coli. Gravida b\u00f6r bara \u00e4ta groddar som \u00e4r tillagade.<\/p>\n<h3>Vad f\u00e5r man inte dricka som gravid? \u2013 alkohol<\/h3>\n<p>Alla former av alkohol passerar moderkakan och p\u00e5verkar fostret direkt. Det finns ingen s\u00e4ker niv\u00e5 \u2013 vare sig \u00f6l, vin eller sprit. Alkohol kan leda till FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome), utvecklingsst\u00f6rningar och fosterskador. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r r\u00e5det att helt undvika alkohol under graviditeten.<\/p>\n<h3>Begr\u00e4nsa koffein \u2013 men uteslut inte helt<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-mycket-koffein-ar-farligt\/\">Koffein<\/a> passerar \u00f6ver till fostret och kan \u00f6ka risken f\u00f6r missfall eller l\u00e5g f\u00f6delsevikt vid h\u00f6ga niv\u00e5er. Rekommendationen \u00e4r max 200 mg koffein per dag, motsvarande cirka 1\u20132 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/koppar-tillskott-nar-det-verkligen-behovs-och-varfor-balans-ar-avgorande\/\">koppar<\/a> bryggkaffe. Men t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att koffein \u00e4ven finns i te, energidrycker, cola och choklad.<\/p>\n<h3>Processad mat och ultraprocessade produkter<\/h3>\n<p>Ultraprocessade livsmedel som snabbmat, f\u00e4rdiga r\u00e4tter, chips, kakor och l\u00e4sk kan inneh\u00e5lla ftalater \u2013 kemikalier som st\u00f6r hormonsystemet. Forskning visar att dessa \u00e4mnen kan passera moderkakan och \u00f6ka risken f\u00f6r f\u00f6r tidig f\u00f6dsel och l\u00e5g f\u00f6delsevikt.<\/p>\n<p>De inneh\u00e5ller dessutom ofta transfetter och tillsatt socker, vilket \u00f6kar risken f\u00f6r graviditetsdiabetes och <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/sjukdomar-som-ger-hogt-blodtryck\/\">h\u00f6gt blodtryck<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Vad f\u00e5r man inte \u00e4ta som gravid? \u2013 f\u00f6r mycket socker och s\u00f6ta drycker<\/h3>\n<p>Stora m\u00e4ngder l\u00e4sk, saft, energidrycker och s\u00f6tade juicer kan \u00f6ka risken f\u00f6r graviditetsdiabetes, h\u00f6gt blodtryck och komplikationer vid f\u00f6rlossningen.
