Hemligheten bakom en riktigt god lasagne ligger i balans mellan s\u00e5serna, pastans konsistens och gratineringen i ugnen som ger den gyllenbruna ytan.<\/p>\n<h3>Lasagnens historia och ursprung<\/h3>\n<p>Ordet <em>lasagne<\/em> kommer ursprungligen fr\u00e5n det grekiska ordet <em>laganon<\/em>, som syftade p\u00e5 tunna degplattor.
