H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av ett enkelt recept p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/mordegskakor-med-kardemumma-2\/\">m\u00f6rdegskakor med kardemumma<\/a> samt n\u00e5gra tips f\u00f6r att lyckas med bakningen.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredienser<\/h2>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra dessa l\u00e4ckra m\u00f6rdegskakor med kardemumma beh\u00f6ver du f\u00f6ljande ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Basingredienser:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g osaltat sm\u00f6r, rumsvarmt<\/li>\n<li>1 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>4,5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4ggula<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsk mald kardemumma (justera efter smak)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>F\u00f6r garnering:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00e4rlsocker eller hackade n\u00f6tter (valfritt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steg-f\u00f6r-steg-instruktioner<\/h2>\n<h3>Steg 1: F\u00f6rbered degen<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker<\/strong>: I en stor sk\u00e5l, vispa det rumsvarma sm\u00f6ret och str\u00f6sockret med en elvisp tills blandningen \u00e4r ljus och fluffig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggula och vaniljsocker<\/strong>: Blanda i \u00e4ggulan och vaniljsockret och vispa tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blanda torra ingredienser<\/strong>: I en separat sk\u00e5l, sikta samman vetemj\u00f6l, bakpulver och mald kardemumma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blanda samman<\/strong>: Tills\u00e4tt de torra ingredienserna till sm\u00f6rblandningen och r\u00f6r ihop tills du f\u00e5r en smidig deg.
