H\u00e4r delar jag med mig av min egen veckomatsedel, fylld med h\u00e4lsosamma och l\u00e4ckra m\u00e5ltider som hj\u00e4lper mig att h\u00e5lla energin uppe och m\u00e5 bra.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e5ndag: En frisk start p\u00e5 veckan<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Grekisk yoghurt med honung, valn\u00f6tter och f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r. En n\u00e4ringsrik och uppfriskande start p\u00e5 dagen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Quinoasallad med rostade gr\u00f6nsaker och fetaost. En l\u00e4tt men m\u00e4ttande sallad som \u00e4r enkel att f\u00f6rbereda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Grillad lax med citron och dill, serverad med \u00e5ngade gr\u00f6nsaker och en quinoa-pilaff. En <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/proteinrika-livsmedel-som-bygger-muskler-och-haller-dig-matt-langre\/\">proteinrik<\/a> och balanserad middag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tisdag: Smaker fr\u00e5n Medelhavet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Havregrynsgr\u00f6t med mandelmj\u00f6lk, toppad med bananskivor och en nypa kanel. Perfekt f\u00f6r en l\u00e5ngvarig m\u00e4ttnad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Medelhavsinspirerad wrap med hummus, avokado, tomat och spenat i ett fullkornstortilla. En smakrik och n\u00e4ringsrik lunch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Kyckling souvlaki med tzatziki, serverad med en f\u00e4rsk grekisk sallad och fullkornsbr\u00f6d. Ett smakrikt och h\u00e4lsosamt alternativ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Onsdag: Vegetariska val<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Smoothiebowl med spenat, banan, mango och chiafr\u00f6n. En vitaminrik och uppiggande frukost.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Linssoppa med morot och selleri, serverad med en skiva fullkornsbr\u00f6d. En varm och tr\u00f6stande lunch som ger gott om fiber och <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/vad-ar-protein\/\">protein<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Zucchinib\u00e5tar fyllda med quinoa, svamp och fetaost. En vegetarisk r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r b\u00e5de m\u00e4ttande och smakrik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Torsdag: Snabbt och enkelt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Avokadotoast med pocherat <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a> p\u00e5 fullkornsbr\u00f6d. En n\u00e4ringsrik och snabb frukost.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Kycklingsallad med spenat, jordgubbar, valn\u00f6tter och balsamvin\u00e4grett. En f\u00e4rgstark och h\u00e4lsosam sallad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Snabb wok med tofu, broccoli, paprika och cashewn\u00f6tter, serverad med brunt ris. En snabb och enkel m\u00e5ltid som \u00e4r full av n\u00e4ring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fredag: Festlig avslutning p\u00e5 veckan<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Chiapudding med kokosmj\u00f6lk, toppad med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och n\u00f6tter. En lyxig start p\u00e5 dagen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/ar-sushi-nyttigt\/\">Sushi<\/a> bowl med ris, lax, avokado, gurka och sesamfr\u00f6n. En smakrik och rolig variant p\u00e5 sushi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Hemlagad pizza med fullkornsbotten, toppad med tomats\u00e5s, mozzarella, gr\u00f6nsaker och basilika. En festlig och balanserad avslutning p\u00e5 veckan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>L\u00f6rdag: Tid f\u00f6r njutning<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/lyxigaste-fruktsalladen-fruksallad-i-varldsklass\/\">Fruktsallad<\/a> med melon, kiwi, apelsin och myntayoghurt. En frisk och uppfriskande frukost.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Tomat- och mozzarellasm\u00f6rg\u00e5s med pesto p\u00e5 surdegsbr\u00f6d. En enkel men smakrik lunch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Grillad kyckling med s\u00f6tpotatisfries och en fr\u00e4sch k\u00e5lsallad. En balanserad och njutbar middag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>S\u00f6ndag: \u00c5terh\u00e4mtning och f\u00f6rberedelse<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Omelett med spenat, tomat och fetaost. En proteinrik och m\u00e4ttande frukost.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Soppa p\u00e5 rostade butternutpumpa och \u00e4pple, serverad med fullkornsbaguette. En l\u00e4tt och h\u00e4lsosam middag f\u00f6r att avsluta veckan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Avslutande tankar<\/h2>\n<p>Att planera en veckomatsedel hj\u00e4lper mig att h\u00e5lla en balanserad kost och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att jag f\u00e5r i mig alla n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen.
