Den \u00e4r oftast rik p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/multivitamin-som-dagligt-komplement-till-en-varierad-kost\/\">vitaminer<\/a>, mineraler, fiber och antioxidanter. Genom att \u00e4ta mer v\u00e4xtbaserade livsmedel kan man ocks\u00e5 minska risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar, typ 2-diabetes och vissa typer av cancer. Servera med fullkornsris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tisdag<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Havregrynsgr\u00f6t med \u00e4pple, kanel och valn\u00f6tter. Toppa med en skv\u00e4tt honung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Falafelwrap med hummus, avokado, tomat och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k. Servera med en liten sallad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Pasta primavera med zucchini, paprika, tomater och spenat i en l\u00e4tt tomats\u00e5s. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver parmesan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Onsdag<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Yoghurt med granola, f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och en sked linfr\u00f6n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Gr\u00f6n \u00e4rtsoppa med mynta och en klick cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Servera med fullkornsbr\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Aubergineparmigiana med mozzarella och f\u00e4rsk basilika. Servera med en gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Torsdag<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Chia pudding gjord p\u00e5 mandelmj\u00f6lk, toppad med mango och kokosflingor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Buddha bowl med brunt ris, edamameb\u00f6nor, avokado, picklade r\u00f6dbetor och mor\u00f6tter. Dressa med sesamdressing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Vegetarisk chili med svarta b\u00f6nor, majs och paprika. Servera med guacamole och tortillachips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fredag<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Smoothie med jordgubb, banan, spenat och havremj\u00f6lk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Veggie burger med avokado, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och sallad p\u00e5 fullkornsbr\u00f6d. Servera med s\u00f6tpotatispommes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Vegetarisk <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/lasagne\/\">lasagne<\/a> med zucchini, svamp, spenat och ricotta. Servera med en gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6rdag<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> Avokadotoast p\u00e5 fullkornsbr\u00f6d, toppad med pocherat <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/hur-manga-kalorier-i-ett-agg\/\">\u00e4gg<\/a> och chiliflakes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch:<\/strong> Caprese-sallad med tomat, mozzarella och f\u00e4rsk basilika. Ringla \u00f6ver <a href=\"https:\/\/madebymary.se\/en\/olivolja-det-flytande-guldet-fran-medelhavet\/\">olivolja<\/a> och balsamico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Middag:<\/strong> Tofu stir-fry med broccoli, paprika, mor\u00f6tter och cashewn\u00f6tter.
