Det kan inneb\u00e4ra att laga hela m\u00e5ltider eller f\u00f6rbereda ingredienser som kan anv\u00e4ndas i olika r\u00e4tter under veckan. Syftet \u00e4r att spara tid, minska stress och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att man alltid har h\u00e4lsosamma alternativ till hands.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6rdelar med meal prep<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Tidsbesparing<\/strong> En av de st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rdelarna med meal prep \u00e4r den tid det sparar. Genom att avs\u00e4tta n\u00e5gra timmar en g\u00e5ng i veckan f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda m\u00e5ltider, slipper jag st\u00e5 i k\u00f6ket varje dag.
